สร้างและจัดการ User Account ใน Windows ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

ทำไมต้องใช้ Computer Management?

Control Panel → User Accounts ใช้ง่ายแต่อย่างเดียว ไม่ควบคุม: Description, Password Policy, Group Membership, Profile Path ได้

สร้าง User ผ่าน Computer Management

1. Win+X → Control Panel → Administrative Tools → Computer Management
2. System Tools → Local Users and Groups → Users
3. คลิกขวาว่าง → New User
4. กรอก: Username, Full name, Description, Password
5. ตัวเลือก Password:
   • User must change password at next login
   • User cannot change password
6. Create

จัดการ User ที่มีอยู่

คลิกขวา User → Properties:

• General: เปลี่ยนชื่อ, Description, Password settings, Disable account
• Member Of: เปลี่ยน Group (Administrators, Users, Guests ฯลฯ)
• Profile: เปลี่ยน User Profile Path, Home Folder (ระวัง: ผิดพลาดอาจเสียข้อมูล)

ลบ User

คลิกขวา → Delete → Yes (แนะนำ: Disable ดีกว่า ลบตอนจำเป็นจริงๆ)

สรุป

Computer Management ให้控制力เต็มรูปแบบ เหมาะสำหรับ Admin/Server แม้ซับซ้อนกว่าแต่ยืดหยุ่นมากกว่า
