วิธีกู้คืน Windows 10 Product Key (Product Key Recovery)

เคย Reinstall Windows แต่หา Product Key ไม่เจอ? อาจอยู่กล่อง/อีเมลแต่หายไป มีหลายวิธีกู้คืน Product Key ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์

1. ดูจาก Purchase Details (ซื้อออนไลน์/กล่อง)

ซื้อ Digital/Physical จาก Microsoft หรือ Amazon (Authorized Retailers เท่านั้น) Key อยู่ใน Email Confirmation หรือ Microsoft Account > Payments & Billing > Digital > Filter "All Available" / Amazon: Your Digital Items

2. ดูจาก Packaging (ซื้อกล่องจริง)

Key อยู่สติ๊กเกอร์ในกล่อง หรือการ์ดเล็กๆ ในกล่อง หากทิ้งกล่องอาจไม่มี แต่ซื้อ PC ใหม่มาพร้อม Windows Key อาจติดเครื่องหรือในคู่มือ

3. ดึง Key ด้วย Command Prompt (PC ใหม่ Pre-installed)

Key ผูกกับ Firmware Motherboard Win+R > cmd > รัน: 

wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
Error? รัน CMD as Admin

4. Pro Pack License (Upgrade ด้วย Pro Pack)

License ผูกกับ Microsoft Account ไม่มี Product Key ใช้ Activation Troubleshooter ย้าย License ไปเครื่องใหม่: Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Troubleshoot > Sign in Account > Activate Windows (เครื่องเก่าจะ Deactivate)

5. License Types อื่นๆ

5.1 Business/Volume Licensing

Volume License ใช้ Key Management Service รายละเอียดใน Volume Licensing Service Center ของ Microsoft Account

5.2 Schools/Education

Email/Student Account มี Key หรือ Volume License ติดต่อ Sysadmin

5.3 MSDN (Microsoft Software Developer Network)

Login MSDN Account > Select Product > Product Keys

6. ติดต่อ Microsoft Support

Hard Drive/Motherboard เสียเปลี่ยนใหม่ (เครื่องเดิม) Support ช่วย Activate ได้ ใช้ Chat: Start > Get Help หรือ Contact Page

7. Product Key Recovery Tools

สแกนหา Licensed Software และ Keys

7.1 Belarc Advisor (ฟรี Personal Use)

เก่าๆ แต่ดูแลดี Analyze PC ทั้งระบบ (Specs, Installed Software, Security) > รายงานใน Browser > Section "Software Licenses" > Print/Save ไว้

7.2 Recover Keys (จ่าย $29.95)

Deep Scan มากกว่า Trial แสดง 4 ตัวแรกของ Key บอกว่ามี Key หรือไม่ Scan เร็ว 1-2 นาที บันทึก Database ได้ แตebackup ภายนอกดีกว่า

ปัญหาที่พบบ่อย

  • Upgrade จาก Windows เก่า: Generic Key "YTMG3-N6DKC-DKB77-7M9GH-8HVX7" ผูก Motherboard ย้ายไม่ได้ (Retail Copy เท่านั้นย้ายได้)
  • Office 2013/2016: Key ไม่อยู่ Registry เต็มรูปแบบ เห็น 5 ตัวท้ายได้ ติดต่อ Microsoft Support
  • Volume Licenses: ไม่มี Unique Key แสดง "BBBB" ติดต่อ Microsoft

Backup Keys ก่อนจะสายเกินไป สร้าง Recovery Drive เผื่อ Crash
