This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer

1] Unblock ไฟล์

ถ้าอยากเปิดไฟล์ คุณต้องคลิกขวาที่ไฟล์ แล้วเปิด Properties

ภายใต้แท็บ General ด้านล่าง จะเห็น分类 Under Security: This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer

คลิก Unblock คลิก Apply > OK

นี่ควรช่วยให้คุณเปิดไฟล์ได้

Attachment Manager ป้องกันคุณจาก Attachments และ Downloads ที่ไม่ปลอดภัย โดยระบุ File Type และ Security Settings ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เมื่อไฟล์ภายนอกถูกดาวน์โหลด/คัดลอกมาที่เครื่อง Windows จะแนบ Zone Identifier ถ้าระบุว่า Attachment อาจไม่ปลอดภัย มันจะป้องกันไม่ให้เปิดไฟล์ หรือเตือนก่อนเปิด ถ้าอยาก เปลี่ยน Severity ได้

2] เปลี่ยน Group Policy Setting

รัน gpedit.msc ไปที่การตั้งค่า:

User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Attachment Manager

เปลี่ยน Setting Do not preserve zone information in file attachments เป็น Enabled

Save และ Exit

3] ปรับ Registry

รัน regedit ไปที่คีย์:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies

คลิกขวาที่ Policies > New > Key ตั้งชื่อ Attachments

ตอนนี้ในบานหน้าต่างขวา คลิกขวาที่พื้นที่ว่าง > New > DWORD

ตั้งชื่อ SaveZoneInformation ให้ค่า 1

Restart คอมพิวเตอร์
