มีอีกประเภท: Volume Licensing (MAK และ KMS) Enterprise หรือบริษัทใหญ่ซื้อ Keys เหล่านี้เพื่อ Activate คอมพิวเตอร์จำนวนมาก
เคยเห็นรายงานหลายอย่างที่ Third-party sellers ขาย Keys เหล่านี้ให้ Consumer ราคาถูก Keys เหล่านี้ Activate ได้หลายเครื่อง หรือใช้ได้แค่ 2-3 เดือน
ดีที่สุด อย่าซื้อ Key จากคนที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตขาย Windows 11/10 Keys และถ้าคนใดได้รับอนุญาต แต่เสนอราคาต่ำ ต้องถามว่า Key จะใช้ได้แม้ Reinstall ด้วย

- ใช้แล้ว แต่อยากเช็คอีกครั้ง
มาดูวิธีหาว่า Windows Key ของคุณเป็น Genuine หรือไม่

1. ใช้ PID Checker Tools
มี 2 Tools – Ultimate PID Checker และ Microsoft PID Checker – ใช้เช็คว่า Windows 10 Key เป็น Legit Ultimate PID Checker ใช้ได้กับเวอร์ชันก่อน Windows 10 Microsoft PID Checker ใช้ได้กับ Windows 10 และ Server 2016 เท่านั้น
ดาวน์โหลด Microsoft PID Checker ที่นี่ หรือ Ultimate PID Checker ที่นี่ หาก Key ไม่ Legit หรือ Invalid Software จะตอบกลับมา สามารถเช็ค MAK Count ได้อีกด้วย
2. เช็ค Windows Key ด้วย Software Licensing User Interface
เปิด Command Prompt ด้วยสิทธิ์ Elevated รันคำสั่ง:
slmgr /dli
Parameter "dli" จะแสดง Current License Information พร้อม Activation Status
ผลลัพธ์ยังรวม Type ของ Key (Retail, OEM, MAK, หรือ KMS Key) หาก License Status บอกว่า "Licensed" คุณไม่มีปัญหา หากเป็นอย่างอื่น Key ไม่ Valid นอกจากนี้ หากเห็น Type เป็น MAK หรือ KMS และคุณเป็น General Consumer ต้องติดต่อคนที่ขาย Key ให้ขอ Retail Key

3. เช็ค Settings & Activation Status
มีวิธีเร็วๆ เช็คว่า Key ที่ใช้ไม่ Legit เปิด Settings ดูว่ามี Warning เกี่ยว Activation ไหม ถ้าไม่มี ไป Update & Security > Activation เช็ค Status หากมี Error และไม่บอกว่า Windows Activated คุณมีปัญหา สรุป Windows 11/10 Keys ไม่ Legit หรือ Legal
