Service บางตัวปิดไม่ทันหรือเริ่มช้า ทำให้ Shutdown/Startup ล่าช้า ใช้ Event Viewer หาได้
หา Service ที่ทำให้ Shutdown ช้า
- เปิด Event Viewer (Win+X → Event Viewer)
- ไปที่:
Applications and Services Logs → Microsoft → Windows → Diagnostics-Performance → Operational - ขวา Operational → Filter Current Log → Event ID: 203
- ดู Event ที่มีข้อความ: "This service caused a delay in the system shutdown process."
- ดู Friendly Name และ File Name จะรู้ว่า Service ไหน
หา Service ที่ทำให้ Startup ช้า (Boot Degradation)
- Event Viewer เดียวกัน → Filter Event ID: 103
- รายการที่ขึ้น = Service ที่ทำให้ Boot ช้า
หา Service นั้นว่าเป็นอะไร → ตัดสินใจ Disable, Delay Start, หรือแก้ไขปัญหา Root Cause
