หากคุณลงทะเบียน Windows Insider Program เพื่อได้ Insider preview build ของ Windows ก่อนผู้ใช้ทั่วไป อาจเจอ Error message This build of Windows will expire soon บทความนี้จะระบุสาเหตุและให้โซลูชันที่เหมาะสม
ปกติตอนติดตั้ง Build ใหม่ จะได้รับข้อมูลวันหมดอายุของ Build หากไม่อัปเดต Windows 10 build ก่อนหมดอายุ Windows จะ Restart ทุกๆ ชั่วโมง ดังนั้น หากได้รับ Notification นี้ทันใดนั้น แสดงว่ามีปัญหา
ผู้ใช้ที่รายงานปัญหานี้ กล่าวว่าเมื่อเช็ค Settings > Update & Security หา Build ใหม่ ไม่พบอัปเดตหรือ Build ใหม่เลย

หากเจอปัญหา Windows 10 Insider build นี้ ลองวิธีแก้ไขที่แนะนำด้านล่าง (ไม่เรียงลำดับ) ดูว่าช่วยได้ไหม
- ตรวจสอบ Date & Time settings

มาดูรายละเอียดแต่ละวิธีกันครับ
1] ตรวจสอบ Date & Time settings
วิธีนี้คือ ตั้ง Date และ Time ให้ถูกต้อง ดูว่าปัญหา This build of Windows will expire soon แก้ได้ไหม
วิธีทำ:
- กด Windows key + I เปิด Settings app
- คลิกเปิด Time & Language
- ไปที่แท็บ Date & time ด้านซ้าย
- ในแท็บ Date & Time ตรวจสอบ Date และ Time ของเครื่องว่าถูกต้อง ถ้าไม่ถูก ลอง Toggle Set time automatically option เปิด/ปิด ตามสถานะปัจจุบัน
- เปลี่ยน Date: คลิก Dropdown menu หาเดือนปัจจุบันในปฏิทิน แล้วคลิกวันที่ปัจจุบัน
- เปลี่ยน Time: คลิก ชั่วโมง นาที วินาที ที่ต้องการเปลี่ยน แล้วเลื่อนค่าให้ตรง Time zone
- เสร็จแล้วคลิก OK
2] เช็ค Updates ด้วยตนเอง
กรณีพลาดอัปเดต Insider build อาจลอง Check for updates manually วิธีนี้ช่วยในกรณีที่ถึง End of life ของ Insider build ก่อนอัปเกรดเป็น Build ใหม่
3] รัน Automatic Repair
หาก System file บางตัวเสียหาย อาจก่อให้เกิด Notification pop-up ต้องรัน Automatic Repair
4] Activate Windows Build
หากไม่มี License key หรือ Windows ไม่ได้ Activate อาจทำให้ Insider build หมดอายุ ทำให้ Notification pop-up
ตรวจสอบว่า Build Activate แล้ว:
- กด Windows key + I เปิด Settings
- คลิก Updates and Security
- Left navigation pane คลิก Activation
- คลิก Change key หรือ Activate Windows using a key.

5] ตรวจสอบ Account ที่ Link กับ Windows Insider program
แม้จะนادر แต่บางครั้ง Account ที่ลงทะเบียน Windows Insider Program ถูก Unlink จาก Device อาจนำไปสู่ปัญหา
ตรวจสอบ Account ที่ Link กับ WIP:
- เปิด Settings app
- ไป Updates and Security
- คลิก Windows Insider Program ใน Left navigation pane
- เช็คว่า Microsoft account ที่ลงทะเบียน Insider program ถูกต้อง, ถ้าไม่ถูก ให้ Switch account หรือ Log in.
