ปกติ Windows 11/10 อนุญาตแค่ 1 Remote Desktop Connection ต่อคอมพิวเตอร์ แต่สามารถเพิ่มได้ด้วยการปรับแต่ง ใช้กรณีเจอข้อความ You have been disconnected because another connection was made to the remote computer
RDP รองรับ Connection ได้กี่ Session?
ปกติ Windows 11/10 จำกัด Remote Desktop Connection ค่าเริ่มต้น 1 หาก User คนที่ 2 พยายามเชื่อมต่อขณะมี Session อยู่ จะได้ Error:
Another user is signed in. If you continue, they'll be disconnected. Do you want to sign in any way?
แก้ได้โดยเพิ่มจำนวน User ที่ Login RDP พร้อมกันได้

เพิ่มจำนวน Remote Desktop Connections
ต้องการ Multiple RDP Sessions ใน Server? ใช้ Group Policy Setting
ขั้นตอนเพิ่ม/จำกัดจำนวน Remote Desktop Connections:
1] Start Menu > พิมพ์ gpedit.msc
2] เปิด Console > Local Group Policy Editor
3] ไปที่:
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Connections
จะเห็นรายการด้านขวา
4] Double-click Limit number of connections ค่าเริ่มต้น Not Configured
5] เลือก Enabled จะเปิด Counter RD Maximum Connections allowed ใน Options
6] เพิ่ม/ลด Maximum Connections ด้วยลูกศร Up/Down ตามต้องการ
7] OK ใช้การเปลี่ยนแปลง
จะเห็นข้อมูล Help ด้านขวา:
This setting specifies whether Remote Desktop Services limits the number of simultaneous connections to the server... To specify an unlimited number of connections, type 999999... If Enabled, max connections limited to specified number... If Disabled/Not Configured, limits not enforced at Group Policy level... Designed for RD Session Host servers.
สถานะ Limit number of connection จะกลายเป็น Enabled
คืนค่าเดิม: ทำขั้นตอนเดิม
Restart Computer เพื่อให้การเปลี่ยนแปลงมีผล
