หน้าจอ Login ปรากฏ 2 ครั้งใน Windows 10

หากคุณเพิ่งอัปเกรดคอมพิวเตอร์ Windows หรือติดตั้ง Windows Update ใดๆ และเจอปัญหาที่เห็น หน้าจอ Login ปรากฏ 2 ครั้ง คุณสามารถแก้ปัญหาได้ด้วยวิธีแก้ไขเหล่านี้

หน้าจอ Login ปรากฏ 2 ครั้งใน Windows 10

มี Bug หลักที่บางคนต้อง Login 2 ครั้ง คือ กรอกรหัสผ่าน 2 ครั้งก่อนจะเข้า Windows และทำงานต่อได้ ผมเจอปัญหานี้ด้วย ต้อง Login 2 ครั้งถึงจะเข้าถึง Desktop

1. ปิดใช้งาน Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart setting
2. ปิดใช้งาน Users must enter a username and password to use this computer
3. ลบ Usernames ที่ซ้ำกัน

1] ปิด Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart setting

หากคุณใช้ Windows Version เก่าและเพิ่งติดตั้ง Windows 10 Feature Update ระบบจะใช้ข้อมูล Sign-in อัตโนมัติเพื่อทำให้ Device พร้อมสำหรับ Update ใหม่ นี่คือเหตุผลหลักที่คุณเห็นหน้าจอ Login อีกครั้งแม้จะกรอก Credentials แล้ว

คุณสามารถปิดฟีเจอร์นี้จาก Windows Settings Panel ไปที่ Accounts > Sign-in options ด้านขวาคุณควรเจอ Category Privacy โดยค่าเริ่มต้น Use my sign-in info to automatically finish settings up my device after an update or restart ถูก Enable

คุณควร Toggle ปุ่มเป็น Off เพื่อปิดฟังก์ชันนี้ หลังจากนั้น คุณไม่ควรเจอปัญหาเดิมซ้ำ

2] ปิด Users must enter a username and password to use this computer

แม้วิธีข้างต้นจะทำงานในกรณีต่างๆ คุณยังใช้ Trick นี้ได้ เปิด User Accounts Settings กด Win + R พิมพ์ netplwiz กด Enter คุณจะเจอ Option Users must enter a username and password to use this computer โดยค่าเริ่มต้น Option นี้ Enable คุณต้องเอาติ๊กออกจาก Checkbox

ตอนนี้คุณต้องใส่ Username และ Password และ Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ หลัง Restart เปิด Dialog Box เดียวกัน และ Enable ฟังก์ชันเดิมอีกครั้ง

พูดง่ายๆ คือคุณ Enable Auto Login แล้ว Disable อีกครั้ง

3] ลบ Usernames ที่ซ้ำกัน

• เปิด RUN Dialogue Box จาก Start Menu พิมพ์ netplwiz
• จะมี Usernames 2 ตัวที่ชื่อเหมือนกัน (เพราะผมแก้ไขไปแล้วครั้งหนึ่ง จึงไม่มี Duplicate Usernames)
• ลบ User หนึ่งออก และคุณจะไม่มีปัญหา
• Restart Windows และดูว่าปัญหาแก้ไขแล้วหรือไม่
