Microsoft ปล่อย Windows 11 Build 22593 สัปดาห์ที่แล้วให้ Dev และ Beta Channel Insiders มี Feature น่าสนใจที่ไม่ได้กล่าวใน Release Notes Spotted by Neowin เรื่องล่าสุดใน Build นี้ สามารถ Disable Icons ทั้งหมดใน System Tray ซ้ายข้าง Clock Area ได้
เดิม Hidden System Tray Icons ใน Windows 11 ได้แล้ว โดย Add เข้า Overflow Menu ผ่าน Settings (Personalization, Taskbar, Taskbar Corner Overflow) แต่วิธีใหม่นี้ลบพวกเขาได้หมด ใน Dev Channel Windows 11 โชว์ Option ใหม่ที่ 3 ใน Settings Menu นี้ชื่อ Hidden icon menu และเมื่อคลิก พร้อม Toggle Switches อื่นๆ สำหรับ Icons เป็น Off จะเห็นพื้นที่สะอาดขวาล่าง Taskbar แค่ Time และ Indicators ปกติ Wi-Fi, Volume, Battery บน Laptop
แน่นอน อาจไม่สมเหตุผลทำนี้ เพราะบาง Apps จะ Quit ได้แค่จาก System Tray แต่ก็ดูได้ว่า Clean up พื้นที่นี้ได้ โปรดทราบ Feature ใน Insider Program มักไปมา อาจไม่เข้าสู่ Retail Windows 11
แต่ Feature นี้ Test ใน Beta Channel ด้วย อาจบ่งชี้ Possible Release สำหรับ Windows 11 Users ทุกคนใน Update อนาคต แต่อย่ารอคอยมาก
