ERD Repair Disk เป็นผู้ช่วย Admin ที่ไม่มีเทียบเท่า สำหรับกู้คืน Windows ที่บูทไม่ขึ้น ในบทความนี้จะสอนสร้าง Boot ERD Disk พร้อมเครื่องมือกู้คืน Windows 10 หรือ Windows Server 2016 โดยใช้ Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset (DaRT)
สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียม
- Windows Assessment and Development Kit (Windows ADK) for Windows 10 — มีเครื่องมือจัดการ Image และ Windows PE
- Windows 10 Debugging Tools (ส่วนหนึ่งของ Windows SDK) สำหรับ Crash Analyzer ใน DaRT
- .NET Framework 5.1 (มีอยู่ใน Windows 10/Server 2016 แล้ว)
- OS สำหรับสร้าง DaRT 10: Windows 2012 R2 / 2016 หรือ Windows 8.1 / 10
- DaRT 10 อยู่ใน MDOP 2015 (Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack 2015) ดาวน์โหลดได้เฉพาะ Corporate Subscriber (Software Assurance)
- Windows 10 x64 Distribution เป็น ISO หรือ DVD
ติดตั้ง Windows ADK 10 และ WinDbg
- รัน Adksetup.exe ติดตั้งที่
C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\เลือก 2 Components: Deployment Tools และ Windows Preinstallation Environment (Windows PE) - ติดตั้ง Software Development Kit for Windows 10 (ติดตั้ง KB3118401 ก่อน) เลือกเฉพาะ Debugging Tools for Windows
ติดตั้ง DaRT
Mount MDOP ISO (SW_DVD5_Dsktp_Optimization_Pck_SA_2015_MultiLang_MLF_X20-35801.iso) → ไปที่ DaRT Directory มีหลายรุ่น:
- DaRT 7 – WinPE 3
- DaRT 8 SP1 – WinPE 4
- DaRT 8.1 – WinPE 5
- DaRT 10 – WinPE 10
สำหรับ Windows 10 x64 → ไปที่ F:\DaRT\DaRT 10\Installers\en-us\x64 รัน msdart100.msi ตั้งค่า Default
สร้าง DaRT 10 Recovery Disk
- รัน DaRT Recovery Image Wizard
- เลือก 64-bit DaRT Image ระบุ Path ไปยัง Virtual Drive ที่ Mount Windows 10 x64 ISO
- เลือก Tools ที่จะรวมใน DaRT 10
- ติ๊ก Allow remote connections หากต้องการ Remote เข้า DaRT (ตั้ง Port คงที่หรือระบุตอน Client)
- เพิ่ม Drivers (Network Adapters ปกติ) และเลือก WinPE Components
- ระบุ Directory บันทึก ISO Image (อาจบันทึก WIM และ PoSh Script ด้วย) → กด Create
หมายเหตุ ในบางกรณีสร้าง Image บน Windows Server ล้มเหลว Error: The request is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070032) พบว่า ถ้าเลือก Tools File Restore และ Disk Commander จะล้มเหลว ถ้าไม่เลือก 2 ตัวนี้ → สร้างสำเร็จ บน Windows 10 Workstation สร้างได้ปกติ
การใช้งาน DaRT
เขียน DaRT ISO ลง CD/DVD หรือ USB Flash Drive ใช้บูทเครื่อง User หลัง System Failure เครื่องมือใน DaRT ช่วยวินิจฉัยและซ่อมแซมปัญหาทั่วไป (Reset Admin Password, ลบ Security Update ที่ทำให้ล้มเหลว, กู้ Registry, ตรวจสอบ System Files, Remote เข้า DaRT Environment, ฯลฯ)
ยังสามารถรวม DaRT เข้า Windows ทุก Workstation ได้ โดยแทนที่ไฟล์ winre.wim ของ Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) บน Partition System Reserved ที่ซ่อนอยู่
