หากเจอ Stability หรือ Performance Issues นี่คือวิธี Restore Windows 10 เป็น Factory Settings โดยไม่สูญเสีย Files และ Apps
หมายเหตุ:
- Refresh Tool จะลบ Apps ที่ไม่มาพร้อม OS โดยค่าเริ่มต้น รวมถึง Drivers, Support Apps, Apps อื่นๆ ที่ Manufacturer ไม่ได้รวม
- Backup/Product Key Windows และ Office, Digital License, Digitally Downloaded Content, Digital Entitlements สำหรับ Apps บางตัว
- แนะนำ Backup ข้อมูลสำคัญไป External Source ใช้ Windows Backup (Control Panel) หรือ Google Backup & Sync, Third-party Backup/Recovery
Reset Windows 10 PC ผ่าน Settings
- Windows + I → Settings
- Update & Security → Recovery
- ภายใต้ Reset This PC → คลิก Get Started
มี 2 ตัวเลือก Microsoft อธิบาย: Keep Files หรือ Remove Everything
- Keep My Files: Windows ลบ Apps และ Settings แต่เก็บ Personal Files/Data ไว้ (เลือกตัวนี้เพื่อไม่สูญเสียข้อมูล)
- Remove Everything: ลบทุกอย่าง เริ่มใหม่ Windows จะถามว่าลบไฟล์จากทุกดิสก์ หรือเฉพาะ Drive ที่ติดตั้ง Windows และถามว่าทำ Clean Drives ด้วยหรือไม่

- ต่อไปเลือก: Local Reinstall (Reset/Reinstall จาก Windows Recovery Files บน PC) หรือ Cloud Reinstall (ดาวน์โหลด Windows 11 ใหม่จาก Microsoft Server)
- หน้าจอถัดไปแสดง Third-party Apps ที่ติดตั้งซึ่งจะถูกลบระหว่าง Reset ควรจด Apps ที่ติดตั้งไว้ ติดตั้งใหม่ภายหลัง
- คลิก Next → แสดง Ready to Reset This PC
อ่านหมายเหตุ: Reset จะลบ Apps/Programs ทั้งหมดที่ติดตั้งเองหลัง Windows 10 Install/Upgrade Default Prebuilt Apps จะคงอยู่
จะ Reset Settings กลับเป็น Default และ Reinstall Windows โดยไม่ลบ Personal Files
คลิก Reset → จะ Restart Windows
คุณเพียงนั่งรอ Windows ทำงาน หลายสักครู่ จะได้ Clean Install หรือ Fresh Install ของ Windows 10

- Boot PC/Laptop จาก Installation Media
- ข้ามหน้าจอแรก → Next → คลิก Repair Your Computer
ต่อไปคลิก Troubleshoot → Reset This PC
เลือก Keep My Files → ทำตามหน้าจอ Reset Windows 10 เป็น Factory Default
