ตั้งค่า Compatibility Mode รันโปรแกรมเก่าใน Windows 10

โปรแกรมเก่าบางตัวรันบน Windows 10 ไม่ได้เนื่องจากปัญหาความเข้ากันได้ (Scaling, Architecture, API) ฟีเจอร์ Compatibility Mode ช่วยจำลองสภาพแวดล้อม Windows เก่า (95, 98, XP, Vista, 7, 8) ให้โปรแกรมทำงานได้

ตัวเลือก Compatibility ที่สำคัญ

• Run this program in compatibility mode for: เลือก Windows version
• Reduced color mode: 256 สี สำหรับแอปเก่ามาก
• Run in 640 × 480: บังคับ VGA resolution
• Override high DPI scaling behavior: Application / System / System (Enhanced)
• Disable fullscreen optimizations: ช่วยแอปเต็มจอ
• Run this program as administrator: รันแบบ Elevated

วิธีที่ 1: Properties ของ .exe (ทั่วไป)

1. คลิกขวาไฟล์ .exe ของโปรแกรม → Properties
2. แท็บ Compatibility
3. ติ๊ก Run this program in compatibility mode for → เลือก Windows version
4. ติ๊กตัวเลือกอื่นๆ ตามต้องการ (เช่น Run as administrator)
5. Apply → OK
6. สำหรับทุก User: คลิก Change settings for all users (ต้องเป็น Admin) → ตั้งค่าในหน้าต่างใหม่ → OK

วิธีที่ 2: Program Compatibility Troubleshooter (อัตโนมัติ)

1. ค้นหา run programs made → เลือก Run programs made for previous versions of Windows
2. Next → รอสแกนรายการโปรแกรม
3. เลือกโปรแกรมที่มีปัญหา → Next
4. เลือก Try recommended settings → Test the program
5. ถ้าทำงานได้: Yes, save these settings → Next → Close
6. ถ้าไม่ได้: No, try again using different settings → เลือกปัญหาที่พบ → ตามขั้นตอน
