10 สาเหตุและวิธีแก้
1. Messages Filter: "Unknown Senders" ซ่อน OTP
Settings → Messages → Unknown & Spam → Filter Unknown Senders On → OTP จากสหกรณ์/ธนาคาร/เว็บที่ไม่อยู่ใน Contact จะไปอยู่แท็บ Unknown Senders (Messages → Filters → Unknown Senders) — ปิด Filter หรือเช็คแท็บนี้
2. iMessage Interference (ส่งเป็น iMessage แทน SMS)
- ส่งไปหา Android/Non-Apple → ควรเป็น SMS (สีเขียว) แต่บางครั้งพยายาม iMessage (สีน้ำเงิน) ล้มเหลว → Settings → Messages → Send as SMS On / MMS Messaging On
- ปิด iMessage ชั่วคราว: Settings → Messages → iMessage Off → รอสักครู่ → On (Reset Connection)
3. Carrier / Network Issue (สัญญาณอ่อน/ขัดข้อง)
- Toggle Airplane Mode On/Off
- Settings → Cellular → Network Selection → Automatic Off → เลือก Carrier เอง
- Reset Network Settings: General → Transfer/Reset → Reset → Reset Network Settings
4. eSIM / Dual SIM Configuration

6. Do Not Disturb / Focus Mode

7. Carrier Settings Update
Settings → General → About → รอ Popup "Carrier Settings Update" → Update — แก้ปัญหา SMS/VoLTE/5G หลายอย่าง
8. SIM Toolkit / Visual Voicemail Conflict
- Settings → General → About → SIM Applications (ถ้ามี) → ดูว่ามีแอป Carrier ไหนค้าง → Force Close / Restart
- Visual Voicemail: Phone → Voicemail → Greeting → Custom → Save (Refresh)
9. Hardware: SIM Tray / Antenna / Baseband
- ลอง SIM ใส่โทรศัพท์อื่น — รับ SMS ได้ = iPhone Hardware Issue
- SIM Tray บิด/เสีย / Antenna Cable หลวม / Baseband IC เสีย → Apple Authorized Service
10. Carrier Account: ค้างชำระ / Suspend / Roaming
- ติดต่อ Call Center (1175 AIS, 1111 True, 1678 DTAC, 1242 NT) → เช็คสถานะบัญชี
- Roaming: Settings → Cellular → Data Roaming On / Voice Roaming On
