Network Security Key บนแล็ปท็อป Dell คืออะไร?

Network Security Key คือรหัสผ่าน Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi Password) ที่ใช้เชื่อมต่อแล็ปท็อป Dell เข้ากับเครือข่ายไร้สาย ไม่ใช่รหัสเฉพาะของ Dell แต่มาตรฐานของ Wi-Fi ทุกยี่ห้อ เรียกอีกอย่างว่า WPA Key, WPA2 Passphrase, Wireless Password

วิธีหา Network Security Key บนแล็ปท็อป Dell (Windows 10/11)

วิธีที่ 1: ผ่าน Settings (GUI) - ง่ายที่สุด

  1. คลิกขวาไอคอน Wi-Fi/Network บน Taskbar > Open Network & Internet settings
  2. คลิก Network and Sharing Center
  3. คลิกชื่อเครือข่าย Wi-Fi ที่เชื่อมต่ออยู่ (ด้านขวา Connections:)
  4. คลิก Wireless Properties
  5. แท็บ Security
  6. ติ๊ก Show characters
  7. รหัสแสดงในช่อง Network security key

วิธีที่ 2: ใช้ Command Prompt / PowerShell (ดูรหัสทั้งหมดที่เคยบันทึก)

  1. เปิด Command Prompt หรือ PowerShell (Win + X > Terminal/PowerShell)
  2. พิมพ์: netsh wlan show profiles (ดูรายชื่อ Wi-Fi ทั้งหมด)
  3. พิมพ์: netsh wlan show profile name="ชื่อWiFi" key=clear
  4. ดูที่ Key Content

วิธีที่ 3: Dell SupportAssist / Dell Command | Configure (สำหรับ IT Admin)

  • SupportAssist: แอปมาตรฐานบน Dell ตรวจสอบ Hardware/Drivers - ไม่แสดง Wi-Fi Password โดยตรง
  • Dell Command | Configure: จัดการ BIOS/UEFI Settings ระยะไกล - ไม่เกี่ยวกับ Wi-Fi Password
  • Dell Mobile Connect / Dell Peripheral Manager: ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Wi-Fi Key

หากลืมรหัส Wi-Fi ทั้งหมด (ไม่มีอุปกรณ์ใดเชื่อมต่ออยู่)

1. ดูจากสติ๊กเกอร์เราเตอร์/มอเด็ม (รหัสเริ่มต้น)

  • ด้านหลัง/ล่าง/ข้างอุปกรณ์: WPA Key, Wireless Password, Network Key, PIN
  • ใช้ได้ก็ต่อเมื่อไม่เคยเปลี่ยนรหัส

2. เข้าหน้าจัดการเราเตอร์

  1. ต่อ LAN Cable จากแล็ปท็อป Dell เข้าเราเตอร์โดยตรง
  2. เปิดเบราว์เซอร์: 192.168.1.1 / 192.168.0.1 / 10.0.0.1 / tplinkwifi.net / router.asus.com / ฯลฯ
  3. ล็อกอิน (admin/admin หรือดูสติ๊กเกอร์)
  4. Wireless Settings > ดู/ตั้งค่า WPA Passphrase ใหม่

3. Reset เราเตอร์ (Last Resort)

  • กดปุ่ม Reset (หลุมเล็ก) ถือ 10-15 วินาที จนไฟกระพริบ
  • รอรีบูท ใช้รหัสเริ่มต้นจากสติ๊กเกอร์ ตั้งค่าใหม่ทั้งหมด

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะของแล็ปท็อป Dell ที่เกี่ยวข้อง Wi-Fi

  • Dell Wireless Drivers: ดาวน์โหลดจาก Dell Support ใส่ Service Tag/Express Service Code
  • Intel Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 (AX201, AX210, AX211, BE200): ใช้ Driver Intel ล่าสุดดีกว่า Driver Dell ที่เก่า
  • Killer Wireless (เก่ากว่า): Killer Control Center จัดการ Priority/Throughput
  • Fn + F2 / Fn + PrtSc: ปุ่มปิด/เปิด Wireless (Radio On/Off) บนคีย์บอร์ด Dell
  • Hardware Switch: รุ่นเก่าบางรุ่นมีสไลด์สวิตช์ข้างเครื่อง

แก้ไขปัญหา Wi-Fi บน Dell

ไม่เจอ Wi-Fi NetworksFn+F2 (Radio On), Device Manager > Network Adapters > Enable, Reinstall Driver
Connected แต่ไม่มี Internetipconfig /release & /renew, Flush DNS, Reset TCP/IP (netsh int ip reset), Check Router
หลุดบ่อย / ช้าUpdate Driver (Intel/Dell), Disable Power Saving (Device Manager > Properties > Power Management), 5 GHz vs 2.4 GHz
Network Security Key Mismatchพิมพ์ผิด Case-sensitive, รหัสเปลี่ยนไป, Security Type ไม่ตรง (WPA2-AES แนะนำ)
