วิธีที่ 1: ผ่าน Wireless Properties (Windows 10/11)

1. คลิกขวาไอคอน Wi-Fi/Network บน Taskbar
2. เลือก Open Network & Internet settings หรือ Network and Sharing Center
3. คลิก Wi-Fi ด้านซ้าย > Hardware properties หรือคลิกชื่อเครือข่ายที่เชื่อมต่อ > Properties
4. หรือ: Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings

หาตั้งค่า Wi-Fi บน Dell (เปิด/ปิด/เชื่อมต่อ)

1. Driver ตัวจัดการเครือข่ายหาย/เก่า - ไปเว็บ Support Dell ดาวน์โหลด Driver ล่าสุดตาม Service Tag/Model
2. Wi-Fi ปิดอยู่ (Fn+F2 หรือสวิตช์กายภาพ)
3. Airplane Mode เปิดอยู่
4. รหัสผ่านผิด / Router มีปัญหา
5. Driver Wi-Fi Adapter ต้อง Enable ใน Device Manager

1. Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center
2. Change adapter settings
3. คลิกขวา Wi-Fi Adapter > Status > Wireless Properties
4. แท็บ Security - ดู: Security type (WPA2/WPA3-Personal), Encryption type (AES), Network security key

หา Wireless Networks บน Dell

• Taskbar > Wi-Fi Icon > แสดงรายชื่อเครือข่ายในระยะ
• Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Show available networks
• Command: netsh wlan show networks mode=bssid

เชื่อมต่อ Wi-Fi บน Dell Windows 10/11

1. Taskbar > Network Icon > เลือก SSID ของคุณ > Connect
2. ใส่ Network Password > Next
3. หรือ Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks > Add a new network

กู้คืน Network Security Key
