Network Security Key ของ Arris คืออะไร?

คือ Wi-Fi Password / WPA2 Key / Passphrase ที่ใช้เชื่อมต่อ Wireless Network ของ Arris Modem/Router (Surfboard, Touchstone, NVG, SBG, SB series)

หา Network Security Key บน Arris Device

1. สติกเกอร์บนอุปกรณ์ (Default Credentials)

  • ด้านหลัง/ด้านล่าง/ด้านข้าง
  • มักมี 2 ชุดสำหรับ Dual-Band:
    • 2.4 GHz: SSID + WPA Key / Password
    • 5 GHz: SSID + WPA Key / Password (อาจต่างกัน)
  • Label อาจเขียน: "WPA Key", "WPA2 Key", "Passphrase", "WiFi Password", "Network Key", "Security Key"

2. เข้า Arris Admin Interface

  1. Browser: https://192.168.0.1 (ส่วนใหญ่ Arris ใช้ IP นี้)
  2. Username: admin / Password: password (หรือ ดูสติกเกอร์ "Admin Password")
  3. เมนู: Wireless > Primary Network (หรือ Wireless Settings)
  4. ดู/แก้ไข: WPA Passphrase / Pre-Shared Key
  5. Security Mode: เลือก WPA2-PSK (AES) หรือ WPA2/WPA3 Mixed

3. ผ่าน Windows (เครื่องที่เชื่อมต่อแล้ว)

  1. Network Connections > Network and Sharing Center
  2. คลิก Wi-Fi Name > Wireless Properties > Security > Show characters

4. ISP Provided Gateway (Comcast/Xfinity/Spectrum/Cox)

ถ้า Arris เป็น Gateway ของ ISP อาจ Lock Admin Access ไว้ ให้ใช้:

  • ISP App (Xfinity App, My Spectrum, Cox Panoramic)
  • ISP Website (xfi.xfinity.com, spectrum.net, cox.com)
  • Customer Support ของ ISP

เปลี่ยน Wi-Fi Password บน Arris

  1. Login Admin Interface (192.168.0.1)
  2. Wireless > Primary Network > Security
  3. WPA Passphrase: ใส่ Password ใหม่ (12+ chars)
  4. Apply/Save > Reconnect อุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด

Reset Arris Modem/Router

  1. หาปุ่ม Reset (หลุมเล็ก ด้านหลัง/ด้านล่าง)
  2. กดค้าง 15-30 วินาที จนไฟ LED กระพริบ/ดับ-สว่าง
  3. ปล่อย ปล่อยให้ Reboot 3-5 นาที
  4. ใช้ Default SSID/Password/Admin บนสติกเกอร์
  5. สำคัญ: ตั้งค่าใหม่ทันที (Admin Pass, Wi-Fi Pass, SSID, Security Mode)

Q: Arris มี 2 รหัส (2.4G และ 5G) ต้องใช้ไหน?
A: ใช้รหัสของ Band ที่อุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่อ (ดู SSID) แนะนำตั้ง Password ให้เหมือนกันทั้ง 2 Band เพื่อง่ายต่อการจัดการ

Q: เข้า 192.168.0.1 ไม่ได้
A: ลอง 192.168.1.1, 192.168.100.1, 10.0.0.1 หรือดู Default Gateway ใน `ipconfig` (Windows) / `netstat -nr` (Mac/Linux)
