Xfinity/Comcast Network Security Key คืออะไร?

คือ Wi-Fi Password สำหรับเชื่อมต่อ xFi Gateway / Modem Router ของ Comcast เรียกอีกอย่างว่า WPA Key, WPA2 Passphrase, Wi-Fi Security Key, Network Key

หา Network Security Key ของ Xfinity

1. Xfinity App / xFi Website (ง่ายที่สุด)

1. เปิด Xfinity App หรือ เข้า xfi.xfinity.com
2. Login ด้วย Xfinity ID
3. เลือก Network (ไอคอน Globe) > Show Password
4. ดู/คัดลอก/เปลี่ยน Wi-Fi Name & Password ได้เลย

2. สติกเกอร์บน xFi Gateway

• ด้านล่าง/ด้านหลัง: "Network Name (SSID)" และ "Password" / "Network Key"
• อาจมี 2 ชุด: 2.4GHz และ 5GHz (แยก SSID/Password)

3. Admin Tool (Advanced)

1. Browser: https://10.0.0.1 (Default Xfinity Gateway IP)
2. Username: admin / Password: password (หรือดูสติกเกอร์ "Admin Password")
3. Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi > Edit > ดู/เปลี่ยน Password

4. Windows (เครื่องที่เชื่อมต่อแล้ว)

1. Network Connections > Network and Sharing Center
2. คลิก Wi-Fi Name > Wireless Properties > Security > Show characters

เปลี่ยน Xfinity Wi-Fi Password

1. Xfinity App > Network > Edit WiFi
2. หรือ xfi.xfinity.com > Network > Edit
3. ตั้ง Password ใหม่ (12+ chars, Complex)
4. Save - อุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดจะ Disconnect ต้องเชื่อมใหม่

Network Security Key = Wi-Fi Password?

ใช่ ทั้งคู่นี้คือสิ่งเดียวกัน ใช้เรียกสลับกันได้

Reset xFi Gateway (ลืม Admin Password)

1. กดปุ่ม Reset ด้านหลัง Gateway ยาว 15-30 วินาที (จนไฟกระพริบ)
2. รอ Reboot 5-10 นาที
3. ใช้ Default Credentials บนสติกเกอร์
4. Setup ใหม่ผ่าน Xfinity App

Troubleshooting

• เชื่อมไม่ได้: Forget Network แล้ว Reconnect, Restart Gateway, ตรวจสอบ Case-sensitive
• Admin Tool เข้าไม่ได้: ใช้ Xfinity App แทน (ISP Lock Admin Access บางรุ่น)
• 2.4G vs 5G: ตั้ง SSID/Password ให้เหมือนกัน (Band Steering) จะง่ายกว่า
