- Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Hardware Properties (Win 11) หรือ Properties (Win 10)
- ดูที่ Security type / Protocol
- ค่าที่เป็นไปได้: WPA3-Personal, WPA2-Personal (AES/CCMP), WPA2/WPA3-Personal, WPA-Personal (TKIP), WEP, Open (No security)
Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1
- Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings
- คลิกขวา Wireless Network Connection > Status > Wireless Properties > Security
- ดู Security type และ Encryption type
macOS
- Option + คลิกไอคอน Wi-Fi (Menu Bar) > ดู Security

- Security Mode: WPA3-Personal (SAE) ถ้าอุปกรณ์รองรับหมด / WPA2/WPA3 Mixed สำหรับรองรับอุปกรณ์เก่า
- Encryption: AES-CCMP (WPA2) / AES-GCMP (WPA3) - ห้าม TKIP
- Passphrase: 12-16+ ตัวอักษร, ผสมตัวพิมพ์เล็ก/ใหญ่, ตัวเลข, สัญลักษณ์
- ปิด WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) - PIN Method มีช่องโหว่ Brute-force
- Guest Network: แยก IoT, Smart Home, แขก
- Firmware Update: Auto / ตรวจสอบรายเดือน
