Xfinity Network Security Key คืออะไร?
Network Security Key ของ Xfinity (Comcast) คือ รหัสผ่าน Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi Password) ที่ใช้เชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายไร้สายของ Xfinity Gateway เรียกอีกอย่างว่า WPA Key, WPA2 Key, Wireless Password, Passphrase, Network Key, หรือ Pre-Shared Key (PSK)
วิธีค้นหา Xfinity Wi-Fi Password / Network Security Key
1. ดูจากสติ๊กเกอร์ด้านล่าง Xfinity Gateway (วิธีเร็วที่สุด)
- พลิก Gateway (Modem/Router Combo) ดูด้านล่าง
- มองหา: WiFi Password, Network Key, WPA2 Key, Passphrase
- ชื่อเครือข่าย (SSID) จะอยู่ข้างๆ (มักขึ้นต้นด้วย xfinitywifi, XFINITY_xxxx, หรือชื่อที่ตั้งเอง)
- รุ่น Gateway ยอดนิยม: xFi Gateway (Arris TG3482G, Technicolor CGM4140COM, CGM4331COM, CommScope TG4482)
2. ผ่านแอป Xfinity (My Account / Xfinity App) - แนะนำมากที่สุด
- ดาวน์โหลด Xfinity App (iOS App Store / Google Play)
- ล็อกอินด้วย Xfinity ID / Password
- แท็บ Connect / Internet → จะเห็น WiFi Name และ Password
- กด Show Password / Copy / Edit เพื่อเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน
- สามารถจัดการ: Pause Device, Parental Controls, Guest WiFi, xFi Pods, Advanced Security
3. ผ่านเว็บไซต์ Xfinity (My Account)
- เข้า xfinity.com → Sign In
- My Account → Internet → Manage WiFi Settings
- ดู/แก้ไข Network Name และ Password
4. ผ่านหน้าจัดการ xFi Gateway (Web Interface) - Advanced Users
- เชื่อมต่อเครือข่าย Xfinity (LAN หรือ Wi-Fi)
- Browser →
https://10.0.0.1(Xfinity Gateway ใช้ IP นี้เป็น Default) - Login: Username:
admin/ Password:password(หรือดูที่สติ๊กเกอร์ "Admin Password") - ไป: Connection → Wi-Fi → Edit (ข้างชื่อเครือข่าย)
- ดู/แก้ไข: Network Password (WPA2 Key)
- Security Mode: ตั้งเป็น WPA2-Personal (AES) หรือ WPA2/WPA3 Mixed
- Save Settings
5. ดูจากคอมพิวเตอร์ Windows ที่เชื่อมต่ออยู่
- Settings → Network & Internet → Advanced network settings → More network adapter options
- คลิกขวา Wi-Fi Adapter → Status → Wireless Properties → Security → Show characters
6. ดูจาก Mac
- Keychain Access (Cmd+Space → Keychain) → System / iCloud → หา SSID → Double-click → Show Password
เปลี่ยน Xfinity Wi-Fi Password / SSID (แนะนำผ่าน Xfinity App)
- Xfinity App → Connect / Internet → WiFi Name & Password → Edit
- ตั้ง SSID ใหม่ (ชื่อที่จดจำง่าย ไม่ใส่ข้อมูลส่วนตัว)
- ตั้ง Password ใหม่: 12-16+ ตัวอักษร, ผสม Upper/Lower/Digit/Symbol
- Save → อุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดจะหลุด → เชื่อมต่อใหม่ด้วยรหัสใหม่
Xfinity Advanced Security (xFi Advanced Security)
- บริการฟรีสำหรับลูกค้า xFi Gateway (รุ่นรองรับ)
- คุณสมบัติ: Block Malicious Sites, Monitor IoT Devices, Alert Suspicious Activity, Weekly Security Report
- เปิดใช้: Xfinity App → Connect → Advanced Security → Turn On
Xfinity xFi Pods (Mesh Wi-Fi)
- ขยายสัญญาณ Wi-Fi ทุกมุมบ้าน
- ใช้ SSID และ Password เดียวกับ Gateway หลัก (Seamless Roaming)
- จัดการผ่าน Xfinity App ได้เลย

กรณีลืมรหัสผ่านหมด - Factory Reset Xfinity Gateway
- หาปุ่ม Reset ด้านหลัง Gateway (รูเล็ก)
- ใช้เข็ม/คลิปกระดาษ กดค้าง 15 วินาที จนไฟ LED กระพริบ/เปลี่ยนสี
- ปล่อย → รอรีบูท 5-10 นาที (ไฟ Online ค้างไฟคงที่)
- ใช้ Default Credentials จากสติ๊กเกอร์ (SSID + WiFi Password + Admin Password)
- ตั้งค่าใหม่ทั้งหมดผ่าน Xfinity App
- ⚠️ คำเตือน: จะลบการตั้งค่าทั้งหมด (Port Forwarding, Static IP, DMZ, Device Names, Parental Controls, Advanced Security Settings)
