เดือนสังเกตการณ์ความปลอดภัยไซเบอร์แห่งชาติ (National Cybersecurity Awareness Month) ที่ CA หมายถึงอะไร?

National Cybersecurity Awareness Month (NCSAM) คืออะไร?

NCSAM เป็นแคมเปญประจำปีในเดือน ตุลาคม ร่วมกันระหว่าง CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) และ National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA) เริ่มต้นปี 2004 โดยกระทรวงมาตรฐานความมั่นคงภายในประเทศ (DHS) สหรัฐอเมริกา

วัตถุประสงค์

  • สร้าง ความตระหนักรู้ (Awareness) เกี่ยวกับภัยคุกคามไซเบอร์
  • ให้ เครื่องมือและทรัพยากร (Resources) สำหรับประชาชน/องค์กรปกป้องตนเองออนไลน์
  • ส่งเสริม พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัย (Secure Behaviors) เช่น MFA, Strong Passwords, Phishing Awareness, Software Updates
  • สร้าง วัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย (Security Culture) ในองค์กรและสังคม

ธีมประจำปี (Recent Themes)

  • 2024: "Secure Our World" (ร่วมกันสร้างโลกที่ปลอดภัย)
  • 2023: "It's easy to stay safe online" (อยู่ปลอดภัยออนไลน์ง่ายกว่าที่คิด)
  • 2022: "See Yourself in Cyber" (คุณเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความปลอดภัยไซเบอร์)

4 พฤติกรรมหลักที่ NCSAM ส่งเสริม (Core 4 Behaviors)

  1. Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - เปิด 2FA/MFA ทุกบัญชีที่สำคัญ
  2. Use Strong Passwords & Password Manager - รหัสผ่านยาว สุ่ม ไม่ซ้ำ + ใช้ Password Manager
  3. Update Software - อัปเดต OS, App, Firmware, Browser เป็นประจำ (Auto-update)
  4. Recognize and Report Phishing - เรียนรู้จับฟิชชิง รายงาน IT/Security Team

    5. ความหมาย "at CA" (บริบท Canada / California / Certificate Authority?)

    หากหมายถึง Canada: Cyber Security Awareness Month ก็เป็นเดือนตุลาคมเช่นกัน นำโดย Communications Security Establishment (CSE) และ Get Cyber Safe แคมเปญ

    หากหมายถึง California: รัฐมีกฎหมาย CCPA/CPRA และ California Cybersecurity Integration Center (Cal-CSIC) สนับสนุน NCSAM

    หากหมายถึง Certificate Authority (CA): เน้น PKI/TLS Certificate Management การหมดอายุ Certificate Transparency, Revocation, Automation (ACME/SCEP)
