วิธีหา Network Security Key บน Windows 8/8.1

  1. กด Win + X > เลือก Network Connections (หรือ Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings)
  2. คลิกขวา Adapter Wi-Fi ที่เชื่อมต่ออยู่ > Status
  3. คลิก Wireless Properties
  4. ไปแท็บ Security
  5. ติ๊ก Show characters
  6. ช่อง Network security key จะแสดงรหัสผ่าน Wi-Fi

วิธีป้อน/เปลี่ยน Network Security Key (เชื่อมต่อ Wi-Fi ใหม่)

  1. กด Win + I > Network (หรือ Charms Bar > Settings > Network)
  2. เลือกชื่อ Wi-Fi (SSID) ที่ต้องการเชื่อมต่อ > Connect
  3. ติ๊ก Connect automatically (ถ้าต้องการ)
  4. ป้อน Network security key (รหัสผ่าน Wi-Fi) > Next
  5. เลือก Yes, turn on sharing and connect to devices (Private Network) หรือ No (Public Network)

วิธีจัดการ Wireless Profiles (ลบ/แก้ไข Profile เก่า)

ผ่าน GUI

  1. PC Settings (> Change PC Settings) > Network > Connections > Wi-Fi
  2. คลิก Manage known networks
  3. เลือก Profile ที่ต้องการ > Forget (ลบ) หรือแก้ไขได้บางส่วน

ผ่าน Command Prompt (Admin) - ควบคุมได้ละเอียดกว่า

# แสดง Profile ทั้งหมด
netsh wlan show profiles

# ลบ Profile
netsh wlan delete profile name="ProfileName"

# Export/Import Profile (XML) - สำหรับ Deploy หลายเครื่อง
netsh wlan export profile name="ProfileName" folder="C:\Backup" key=clear
netsh wlan add profile filename="C:\Backup\ProfileName.xml" user=all

แก้ไขปัญหา Wi-Fi บน Windows 8

  1. Driver Issue: Device Manager > Network Adapters > Wi-Fi Adapter > Update Driver / Uninstall > Reboot
  2. Reset TCP/IP & Winsock: 
    netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
  3. Airplane Mode: ตรวจสอบว่าปิดอยู่ (Fn + F-key หรือ Action Center)
  4. Wireless Service: services.msc > WLAN AutoConfig = Running, Automatic

Network Security Key = อะไร?

Network Security Key = Wi-Fi Password = WPA2 Passphrase = WPA Key = Wireless Password ใช้เข้ารหัสการเชื่อมต่อ (WPA2-AES/WPA3)
