วิธีค้นหาชื่อผู้ใช้และข้อมูลประจำตัวเครือข่าย

ค้นหารหัสผ่านและชื่อผู้ใช้ข้อมูลประจำตัวเครือข่าย (Network Credentials)

ไปที่เมนู Start > Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center หากไม่เห็น Network and Sharing Center ให้ตั้งค่า "View by" เป็น "Large icons" ที่มุมขวาบนของ Control Panel

ค้นหาข้อมูลประจำตัว (Credentials) ที่บันทึกไว้

เปิด Control Panel > "User Accounts (and Family Safety)" > "Credential Manager" หรือค้นหา "Credential Manager" ในกล่องค้นหาของ Windows 10

ค้นหาข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบเครือข่าย (Network Login และ Password)

ใน Network and Sharing Center ให้เลือกชื่อเครือข่าย Wi-Fi ที่เชื่อมต่ออยู่ > คลิก "Wireless Properties" > แท็บ "Security" > ติ๊ก "Show characters" เพื่อดูรหัสผ่าน Wi-Fi

ค้นหา Network User ID

Start > Control Panel > System > Advanced system settings (ด้านซ้าย) > แท็บ "Computer Name" > คลิก "Network ID" เพื่อดูข้อมูล

เพิ่มข้อมูลประจำตัวเครือข่ายใน Credential Manager

เปิด Credential Manager > เลือก "Windows Credentials" > คลิก "Add a Windows credential" > กรอกชื่อคอมพิวเตอร์ ชื่อผู้ใช้ และรหัสผ่าน > คลิก OK

ค้นหาชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านเครือข่ายใน Windows 10

คลิกขวาที่ไอคอน Wi-Fi ใน Taskbar > เลือก "Open Network & Internet settings" > "Network and Sharing Center" > คลิกชื่อเครือข่าย > "Wireless Properties" > แท็บ "Security" > ติ๊ก "Show characters"

ที่ตั้ง Credential Manager ใน Windows 10

Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials > คลิก "Add a Windows credential" เพื่อเพิ่มชื่อคอมพิวเตอร์ ชื่อผู้ใช้ และรหัสผ่าน

ดูชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านที่บันทึกไว้ใน Windows

กด Windows + R > พิมพ์ rundll32.exe keymgr.dll, KRShowKeyMgr > Enter จะเปิดหน้าต่าง "Stored User Names and Passwords"

ลบข้อมูลประจำตัวที่บันทึกไว้

Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials > เลือกข้อมูลที่ต้องการลบ > คลิก "Remove from Vault" หรือ "Remove"

ทำไมคอมพิวเตอร์ถึงขอ Network Credentials ซ้ำๆ

อาจต้องสร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้ใหม่ (User Account) ลองสร้างบัญชีใหม่ดู ว่าจะแก้ปัญหาได้หรือไม่

ค้นหารหัสผ่าน Wi-Fi บนมือถือ Android

Settings > Wi-Fi > รายการเครือข่ายที่บันทึกไว้ > กดค้างที่เครือข่าย > เลือก "Share" หรือ "QR Code" > สแกน QR Code เพื่อดูรหัสผ่าน

ค้นหาชื่อผู้ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ปัจจุบัน

กด Windows + R > พิมพ์ cmd > Enter > พิมพ์ whoami > Enter จะแสดงชื่อผู้ใช้ปัจจุบัน
