ดู Network Security Key บน Windows 7
- Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center
- คลิก Manage wireless networks ด้านซ้าย
- คลิกขวาที่ Wireless Network ที่ต้องการ > Properties
- แท็บ Security > ติ๊ก Show characters
- จะเห็น Network security key (รหัสผ่าน Wi-Fi)
เปลี่ยน Network Security Key บน Windows 7 (สำหรับ Profile ที่บันทึกไว้)
- Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center
- Manage wireless networks
- คลิกขวา Network Profile > Properties > Security Tab
- แก้ไขช่อง Network security key > OK
แก้ไขปัญหา Network Security Key ไม่ถูกต้อง
- อัปเดต Driver Wireless Network Adapter (Device Manager / Website ผู้ผลิต)
- ลองตั้ง Password ใหม่ (หลีกเลี่ยงอักขระพิเศษบางตัว)
- เปลี่ยน Security Type (WPA2-Personal AES แทน TKIP)
- Disable/Enable Wireless Adapter
- Restart Router และ Computer
- ตรวจสอบให้ Password บน Router และ Windows ตรงกันทุกตัวอักษร
- Reset Router กลับค่า Default แล้วตั้งค่าใหม่
ตั้งค่า Network Security Key ใหม่ (บน Router)
- เข้าหน้าตั้งค่า Router (192.168.1.1)
- Wireless > Wireless Security
- Security Mode: WPA2-Personal / WPA3-Personal
- Passphrase: ใส่รหัสผ่านใหม่ (8-63 ตัวอักษร)
- Save/Apply > Reconnect ทุกอุปกรณ์
