แก้ไขการตั้งค่า Firewall และ Network สำหรับ Overwatch 2 / Battle.net

ปัญหาเชื่อมต่อ Overwatch 2 / Battle.net: ตั้งค่า Firewall และ Network ให้ถูกต้อง

หากเล่น Overwatch 2 ล่าช้า (Lag), DC บ่อย, Voice Chat ไม่ได้, หรือ Error BLZBNTBNA00000A8D มักเกิดจาก Firewall/Router บล็อก Port/Protocol ที่เกมต้องการ

1. Ports ที่ Overwatch 2 / Battle.net ต้องการ (ต้องเปิดให้ผ่าน Firewall/Router)

💡 สำคัญ: UDP Port Range 12000-64000 สำคัญมากสำหรับ Gameplay และ Voice Chat

2. ตั้งค่า Windows Defender Firewall

  1. Start > พิมพ์ Windows Defender Firewall > Enter
  2. คลิก Allow an app through firewall (ซ้าย)
  3. คลิก Change settings (ต้อง Admin) > Allow another app...
  4. Browse หาไฟล์ Executable:
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwatch\Overwatch.exe
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Battle.net\Battle.net Launcher.exe
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.exe
  5. ติ๊ก Private และ Public (ถ้าใช้ Public Wi-Fi) > OK

3. ตั้งค่า Router (Port Forwarding / UPnP) - แนะนำ UPnP

ตัวเลือก A: เปิด UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) - ง่ายที่สุด

  • เข้า Router Web Interface > Advanced > UPnP > Enable
  • เกม/แอปจะขอ Port เองอัตโนมัติ
  • ⚠️ ความเสี่ยง: Malware/IoT อาจขอ Port เปิดได้ → แนะนำเฉพาะเครือข่ายที่เชื่อถือ

ตัวเลือก B: Port Forwarding แบบ Manual (ปลอดภัยกว่า)

  1. ตั้ง Static IP ให้ PC/Console (DHCP Reservation บน Router)
  2. Router > Port Forwarding > เพิ่มกฎสำหรับ TCP/UDP Ports ข้างต้น → Point ไป Static IP ของเครื่องเล่น
  3. Reboot Router

ตัวเลือก C: DMZ (Host) - ใช้ได้แต่ไม่แนะนำ

วางเครื่องเล่นใน DMZ (Exposed Host) ทุก Port เปิดหมด → เสี่ยงมาก ไม่แนะนำ

4. ปรับเพิ่มเติมสำหรับ Connection Quality

  • QoS (Quality of Service): ตั้ง Priority ให้ Gaming/PC/Console สูงสุด
  • DNS: ใช้ Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), Quad9 (9.9.9.9), Google (8.8.8.8) แทน DNS ของ ISP
  • MTU: ลองตั้ง 1472 หรือ 1492 (บน Router หรือ Network Adapter) หากมี Packet Fragmentation
  • IPv6: เปิดถ้า ISP รองรับ Battle.net รองรับ IPv6 ดี
  • NAT Type: ตรวจใน Game Settings > Network > NAT Type ควรเป็น Open / Type 1 (Moderate/Type 2 ยังเล่นได้แต่ Voice Chat อาจมีปัญหา)

6. Battle.net Account Security (กันถูกแฮก)

  • 🔐 เปิด Battle.net Authenticator (2FA) บนโทรศัพท์ (App หรือ SMS)
  • 🔐 ใช้ Password Manager สร้างรหัสผ่าน Unique ยาว 20+ ตัวอักษร
  • 🔐 ตั้ง Security Question ที่เดาคำตอบยาก (ไม่ใช่ข้อมูลสาธารณะ)
  • 🔐 ตรวจ Login History บน Battle.net Account Management เป็นประจำ
