Network Security Key ของ Xfinity คืออะไร?
Network Security Key ของ Xfinity/Comcast คือ รหัสผ่าน Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi Password) ที่ใช้เชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์เข้าสู่เครือข่ายไร้สายของ Xfinity Gateway (xFi Gateway) อาจเป็น WPA, WPA2, หรือ WPA3 Passphrase
วิธีหา Network Security Key ของ Xfinity
1. ดูสติกเกอร์บน Xfinity Gateway (Default)
- ด้านล่าง/ด้านหลัง Gateway
- มองหา: Network Name (SSID) และ Network Key / Password / Passphrase
- รุ่นใหม่ (xFi Gateway XB6, XB7, XB8): มี 2 SSID (2.4GHz และ 5GHz) ใช้รหัสผ่านเดียวกัน
2. ผ่าน Xfinity App / xFi Website (แนะนำ)
- ดาวน์โหลด Xfinity App หรือไป
xfi.xfinity.com - ล็อกอินด้วย Xfinity ID
- เลือก Connect > Your Network / See Network
- จะเห็น Wi-Fi Name (SSID) และ Password (Network Key)
- สามารถ เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน ได้ที่นี่เลย (Sync ไปยัง Gateway อัตโนมัติ)
3. ผ่าน Web Interface ของ Gateway (Admin Tool)
- เชื่อมต่อเครือข่าย Xfinity
- เปิดเบราว์เซอร์ ไป
https://10.0.0.1(Default สำหรับ Xfinity Gateway) - ล็อกอิน: Username:
admin/ Password:password(หรือดูบนสติกเกอร์) - ไป: Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi หรือ Wireless > Wireless Security

4. บนคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เชื่อมต่ออยู่ (Windows/Mac)

แก้ปัญหา Network Security Key ไม่ทำงาน / ผิดพลาด
- อัปเดต Network Driver: Device Manager > Network Adapters > Update Driver
- ลบโปรไฟล์ Wi-Fi เก่า: Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage Known Networks > Forget > Reconnect
- สร้างรหัสผ่านใหม่: ผ่าน Xfinity App หรือ Admin Tool (หลีกเลี่ยงอักขระพิเศษที่อาจทำให้บางอุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่อไม่ได้)
- เปลี่ยน Security Type: ตั้งเป็น WPA2-PSK (AES) เท่านั้น (ปิด WPA/WPA2 Mixed หากมีปัญหา)
- Disable/Enable Network Adapter: หรือ Restart คอมพิวเตอร์
- Restart Gateway: ถอดปลั๊กไฟ 30 วินาที > เสียบใหม่
- ตรวจสอบรหัสผ่านให้ตรงกัน: ใหญ่/เล็ก ตัวเลข สัญลักษณ์ (Case-sensitive)
- ใช้ Default Password บนสติกเกอร์: หากเพิ่ง Reset
เชื่อมต่อ Wi-Fi ด้วย Network Security Key
- Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Show Available Networks
- เลือก SSID ของ Xfinity > Connect
- ใส่ Network Security Key (Password) > Next
- หรือใช้ WPS: กดปุ่ม WPS บน Gateway > ใน 2 นาที เลือก Connect by WPS บนอุปกรณ์
