Windows แจ้ง "Home Network Security Driver ไม่พร้อมใช้งาน" - สาเหตุและวิธีแก้ไข

ข้อผิดพลาด: "Windows could not find a driver for my network adapter" / "Home network security driver is unavailable"

ข้อความนี้มักเกิดจาก Network Adapter Driver หายไป, เสียหาย, ไม่เข้ากันได้, หรือถูก Disable อาจเกี่ยวข้องกับ Security Software (Antivirus/EDR/VPN) ที่ติดตั้ง Filter Driver (WFP Callout, NDIS/LWF) บน Network Stack

วิธีแก้ไขลำดับความสำคัญ

1. อัปเดต/ติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่ (สำคัญที่สุด)

  1. ไป Device Manager (Win+X > M)
  2. ขยาย Network adapters
  3. หา Adapter ที่มี เครื่องหมายสีเหลือง ⚠ หรือชื่อแปลก (WAN Miniport, VPN Adapter, Filter Driver)
  4. คลิกขวา > Update driver > Search automatically
  5. หากไม่ได้: ไปเว็บ Vendor (Intel, Realtek, Broadcom, Qualcomm, MediaTek, Mellanox) ดาวน์โหลด Driver ล่าสุด ติดตั้งเอง

2. Uninstall แล้ว Reinstall Driver

  1. Device Manager > Network adapters > คลิกขวา Adapter ที่ปัญหา > Uninstall device
  2. ติ๊ก Attempt to remove the driver for this device (ถ้ามี)
  3. Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ → Windows จะติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่อัตโนมัติ (Plug and Play)

3. ใช้ Windows Troubleshooters

  1. Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters
  2. Run: Network Adapter, Internet Connections, Hardware and Devices

4. ตรวจสอบ Security Software (Antivirus/EDR/VPN)

  • บาง Antivirus/EDR (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Defender for Endpoint, Carbon Black) ติดตั้ง Network Filter Driver ที่อาจ Conflict
  • ลอง: Disable/Uninstall Security Software ชั่วคราว > Test > Reinstall/Update Agent
  • VPN Client (Cisco AnyConnect, GlobalProtect, Pulse Secure, OpenVPN) ติดตั้ง Virtual Adapter - อาจชนกัน

5. System Restore (หากเกิดหลัง Update/Install)

  1. Search: Create a restore point > System Restore
  2. เลือก Restore Point ก่อนปัญหาเกิด

6. Network Reset (Windows 10/11)

  1. Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Network reset
  2. Reset now > Restart (จะ Reset ทุก Network Adapter, IP Config, VPN, Firewall Rules)

7. ตรวจสอบ Windows Update

Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates (รวม Driver Updates)

8. Clean Boot / Safe Mode

Boot เข้า Safe Mode (F8/Shift+Restart) - ถ้าใน Safe Mode ใช้ได้ แสดงว่า Third-party Software/Service เป็นสาเหตุ

กรณีพิเศษ: "Home Network Security Driver"

อาจหมายถึง Driver ของ Router/Modem Management Software (เช่น ASUS Router App, Netgear Genie, TP-Link Tether, Arris Surfboard Manager) หรือ ISP Security Agent ลอง Uninstall โปรแกรมเหล่านี้ และใช้ Web Interface แทน

สรุปขั้นตอนเร็ว

  1. Device Manager → Update/Reinstall Network Adapter Driver
  2. Run Network Troubleshooter
  3. Disable/Uninstall Antivirus/EDR/VPN ชั่วคราว
  4. Network Reset
  5. System Restore
  6. Clean Install Driver จาก Website ผู้ผลิตชิป/การ์ด
