Time Warner Cable ถูก Charter Communications ซื้อและ Rebrand เป็น Spectrum ตั้งแต่ปี 2016-2017 ข้อมูลด้านล่างใช้ได้กับอุปกรณ์ Spectrum ทั้งหมด

หา Spectrum Network Security Key

1. สติ๊กเกอร์เราเตอร์: ด้านหลัง/ด้านล่าง มี SSID และ Password / Network Key / Passphrase
2. Windows: Network Connections > Network and Sharing Center > Wi-Fi Properties > Security > Show Characters
3. Router Admin: 192.168.1.1 หรือ 192.168.0.1 > Wireless > Security > Passphrase
4. My Spectrum App: Login > Services > Internet > Router > View/Change WiFi Password

Default Network Security Key สำหรับ Spectrum

ไม่มี Default เดียวสำหรับทุกตัว แต่ละตัวพิมพ์ Unique Password บนสติ๊กเกอร์ (Security Best Practice) หาก Reset เราเตอร์ จะกลับมาเป็นค่าบนสติ๊กเกอร์

Network Security Key บนโมเด็ม/เราเตอร์

สติ๊กเกอร์ด้านหลัง/ข้าง/ล่าง แสดง Default Password/Passphrase/Security Code

เปลี่ยน Spectrum Wi-Fi Password

1. My Spectrum App (ง่ายที่สุด) หรือ Router Web Interface
2. ตั้งรหัสใหม่: ยาว ≥12 ตัวอักษร, ผสมพิมพ์ใหญ่/เล็ก/ตัวเลข/สัญลักษณ์
3. เลือก WPA2-PSK (AES) หรือ WPA3 (ถ้ารองรับ)
4. Save > อุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด Reconnect

ลืม Password ทำไง?

1. ดูสติ๊กเกอร์เราเตอร์ (Default)
2. ดูบน Device ที่ Connect อยู่
3. My Spectrum App > Forgot Password
4. โทร Spectrum Support
5. Reset เราเตอร์ (กดปุ่ม Reset 10-15 วินาที) - ล้าง Config ทั้งหมด
