CenturyLink Router/Modem: หา Network Security Key (Wi-Fi Password) อย่างไร?

Network Security Key ของ CenturyLink คืออะไร?

คือ รหัสผ่าน Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi Password / Passphrase) ที่ใช้เชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์เข้ากับ CenturyLink Modem/Router (Gateway) เช่น รุ่น C4000, C3000A, C2100T, C1100T, C1000A, PK5001Z, และรุ่นใหม่ๆ

วิธีหา Network Security Key

1. ดูที่สติ๊กเกอร์ Modem/Router (วิธีเร็วที่สุด)

• พลิกอุปกรณ์ ด้านล่าง/หลัง/ข้าง
• มองหา: SSID (Network Name) และ Key / Passphrase / Password / Wireless Security Key
• ตัวอย่าง: SSID: CenturyLink1234 Key: a1b2c3d4e5f6

2. เข้าหน้าจอตั้งค่า Modem (Web GUI)

1. เชื่อมต่อคอมพิวเตอร์กับ CenturyLink (Wi-Fi หรือ LAN)
2. Browser → https://192.168.0.1 (Default Gateway IP ส่วนใหญ่)
3. Login: Admin Username และ Admin Password (ดูที่สติ๊กเกอร์ ต่างจาก Wi-Fi Password)
4. เมนู: Wireless Setup → Wireless Security (หรือ Basic Settings → Wireless Security)
5. ดู/แก้ไข Passphrase (WPA2-PSK / WPA3-SAE)

3. จากคอมพิวเตอร์ Windows ที่เชื่อมต่อ Wi-Fi อยู่แล้ว

1. คลิกขวาไอคอน Wi-Fi → Open Network & Internet settings
2. Network and Sharing Center → คลิกชื่อ Wi-Fi (CenturyLinkxxxx)
3. Wireless Properties → Security → Show characters

4. ใช้ My CenturyLink App / Website

1. ล็อกอิน centurylink.com หรือ App
2. เลือก My Services → Internet → WiFi Settings
3. ดู/เปลี่ยน Network Name และ Password

ค่าเริ่มต้น (Default) และการตั้งค่าแนะนำ

• Default Admin Login: มักเป็น admin / password (หรือ Serial Number ท้ายบางตัว) - ต้องเปลี่ยนทันที
• Default Wi-Fi Security: WPA2-PSK (AES)
• แนะนำ: เปลี่ยน SSID ให้เป็นชื่อเฉพาะตัว, ตั้ง Passphrase ใหม่ 12+ ตัวอักษร, เปิด WPA3 (ถ้ารองรับ), ปิด WPS

กรณีลืมรหัส / หาไม่เจอ

• Factory Reset: กดปุ่ม Reset (หลุมเล็กด้านหลัง) ค้าง 10-15 วินาที จนไฟกระพริบ → รอ Reboot → ใช้ Default Credentials บนสติ๊กเกอร์
• ติดต่อ CenturyLink Support: 1-800-244-1111 ให้ Account Number/Serial Number

ข้อสังเกตพิเศษ CenturyLink

• บางรุ่น (C3000A, C4000) มี Dual Band (2.4GHz & 5GHz) ใช้ SSID และ Password เดียวกัน (Band Steering) หรือแยกได้ใน Advanced Settings
• Fiber Gigabit ใช้ ONT แยก + Router (C4000XG, C3000Z) → Wi-Fi Settings อยู่ที่ Router
• Actiontec/Pace/Zyxel เป็นผู้ผลิต OEM ส่วนใหญ่ UI คล้ายกัน
