การตั้งค่า Windows Firewall ให้อนุญาตการสื่อสารกับเครื่องมือความปลอดภัยเครือข่าย

เปิด/ปิด Windows Defender Firewall

1. Start → Settings → Update & Security → Windows Security → Firewall & network protection
2. เลือกโปรไฟล์ (Domain, Private, Public) → สลับเป็น On (แนะนำให้เปิดทุกโปรไฟล์)

อนุญาตแอป/โปรแกรมผ่าน Firewall

1. ในหน้า Firewall & network protection กด Allow an app through firewall
2. กด Change settings (ต้องเป็น Admin)
3. ค้นหาแอปที่ต้องการ (เช่น Network Security Appliance Agent, Monitoring Tool)
4. ติ๊ก Private และ/หรือ Public ตามความเหมาะสม
5. หากไม่มีในรายการ กด Allow another app... → Browse หาไฟล์ .exe → Add

เปิดพอร์ตเฉพาะ (Port Forwarding / Inbound Rule)

1. Control Panel → System and Security → Windows Defender Firewall → Advanced settings
2. Inbound Rules → New Rule → Port → TCP/UDP → Specific local ports (เช่น 80, 443, 514, 8080)
3. Allow the connection → Profile: Domain/Private/Public → Name: "Security Appliance Port 514"

รีเซ็ต Firewall กลับค่าเริ่มต้น

ใน Advanced settings → Action → Restore Default Policy (หรือ Command: netsh advfirewall reset)

ควรทำ/ไม่ควรทำ

• ✅ เปิด Firewall ทุกโปรไฟล์
• ✅ อนุญาตเฉพาะแอพ/พอร์ตที่จำเป็น
• ❌ ปิด Firewall ทั้งหมด (ยกเว้น troubleshooting ชั่วคราว)
• ❌ อนุญาต All apps / All ports แบบกว้างเกินไป
