Network Security Administrator เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการวางแผน ติดตั้ง กำหนดค่า ตรวจสอบ และดูแลระบบความปลอดภัยของเครือข่ายองค์กร เพื่อปกป้องข้อมูลและทรัพยากรไอทีจากภัยคุกคาม เช่น การเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต มัลแวร์ รูปรั่วข้อมูล และการโจมตีเครือข่าย
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- จัดทำและบังคับใช้นโยบายความปลอดภัยเครือข่าย (Security Policies)
- ติดตั้ง กำหนดค่า และดูแล Firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, SIEM
- ตรวจสอบ Log และ Alert จากระบบความปลอดภัย (Log Analysis, Threat Hunting)
- ทำ Vulnerability Assessment และ Penetration Testing ร่วมกับทีมความปลอดภัย
- จัดการ Patch Management และ Firmware Update สำหรับอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย
- ควบคุมสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง (Access Control, RBAC, Zero Trust)
- จัดทำ Incident Response Plan และปฏิบัติตามเมื่อเกิดเหตุการณ์
- ฝึกอบรมพนักงานเรื่อง Security Awareness (Phishing, Social Engineering)
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ/มาตรฐาน: PDPA, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS
