ทำไม Microsoft Office จึงแสดงคำเตือนความปลอดภัย?

Office มีกลไก Protected View และ Mark of the Web (MotW) เพื่อปกป้องผู้ใช้จากไฟล์ที่ดาวน์โหลดมาจากอินเทอร์เน็ต หรืออยู่ในโซนไม่ไว้ใจ (Untrusted Zone) เช่น ไฟล์จากเว็บไซต์, อีเมลแนบ, SharePoint/OneDrive ภายนอก, Network Share ที่ไม่ได้ Trust ซึ่งอาจมี Macro, ActiveX, หรือ Exploit ซ่อนอยู่

วิธีปิด/ปรับแต่งการแจ้งเตือน (ต่อผู้ใช้รายบุคคล - User Level)

1. ปิด Protected View สำหรับโซนเฉพาะ (แนะนำ: ปรับแต่ง ไม่ปิดทั้งหมด)

1. เปิดแอป Office ใดๆ (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) → File > Options > Trust Center
2. คลิก Trust Center Settings...

3. ปิดการแจ้งเตือน Message Bar (แถบสีเหลือง/แดงด้านบน)

1. Trust Center Settings > Message Bar
2. เลือก Never show information about blocked content (ไม่แนะนำ - จะไม่รู้ว่ามี Macro/ActiveX ถูกบล็อก)
3. หรือเลือก Show the Message Bar in all applications when active content... has been blocked (ค่าเริ่มต้น)

4. ปรับการตั้งค่า Macro Security

7. ติ๊ก Trust access to the VBA project object model เฉพาะถ้าจำเป็นสำหรับ Add-ins/Automation

วิธีจัดการระดับองค์กร (Enterprise/Group Policy - แนะนำสำหรับ IT Admin)

1. Trust Center Settings > External Content
2. เลือก Enable all Data Connections (not recommended) หรือ Prompt user about Data Connections
3. สำหรับ Hyperlink Warning: Trust Center Settings > Privacy Options → ยกเลิกติ๊ก Check Microsoft Office documents that are from or link to suspicious Web sites (Office 2016+)
