Network Security Technician คืออะไร?
Network Security Technician (หรือ Junior Network Security Engineer, SOC Analyst Tier 1, NOC Security) เป็นตำแหน่งระดับปฏิบัติการ (Hands-on) ที่รับผิดชอบ ติดตั้ง ตั้งค่า ติดตาม และดูแลระบบความปลอดภัยเครือข่าย ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของ Senior Engineer/Architect
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- ติดตั้งและตั้งค่า Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, NAC, Web Proxy, Email Security Gateway
- ติดตาม Security Alerts/Logs จาก SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Elastic, FortiSIEM)
- ทำ Vulnerability Scanning (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS) และรายงานผล
- จัดการ Firewall Rule Changes (Request, Review, Implement, Document)
- ดูแล VPN Access (User Provisioning, Certificate, MFA, Troubleshooting)
- ช่วยเหลือ Incident Response (Containment, Evidence Collection, Log Analysis)
- อัปเดต Signature/Rule/Threat Intelligence Feed ให้ Security Devices
- ทำ Backup/Restore Config ของอุปกรณ์ความปลอดภัย
