Network Security Key ของ Verizon FIOS อยู่ที่ไหน? วิธีหาและเปลี่ยน

Verizon FIOS Network Security Key คืออะไร?

Network Security Key = Wi-Fi Password (รหัสผ่าน Wi-Fi) ของ Verizon FIOS Gateway (Router/Modem Combo) ใช้เข้ารหัสการเชื่อมต่อระหว่าง Gateway กับอุปกรณ์ Wireless

หา Network Security Key (Default / Current)

วิธีที่ 1: ดูสติ๊กเกอร์บน Gateway (ONT/Router) - เร็วที่สุด

  • Verizon FIOS Gateway รุ่นต่างๆ (G1100, G3100, CR1000A, CR1000B, E3200, WNC-CR200A)
  • พลิกดูด้านล่าง/ด้านหลัง หา:
    • Wi-Fi Password / WPA2 Key / Network Key / Passphrase / Security Key
    • SSID / Network Name / ESSID (มักมี 2-3 ชุด: 2.4GHz, 5GHz, 6GHz)
  • Default Key มักเป็น 12-16 ตัวอักษรสุ่ม (Case-sensitive)

วิธีที่ 2: เข้าหน้าจัดการ Gateway (Web Interface)

  1. เชื่อมต่อคอมพิวเตอร์กับ Gateway (LAN Cable แนะนำ)
  2. เปิดเบราว์เซอร์ → https://192.168.1.1 (Default Gateway IP ส่วนใหญ่)
  3. ล็อกอิน:
    • Username: admin
    • Password: ดูสติ๊กเกอร์ "Admin Password" / "Router Password" / "System Password" (Unique ต่ออุปกรณ์) → ไม่ใช่ Wi-Fi Password
  4. ไปที่เมนู:
    • G1100/G3100 (Old UI): Wireless Settings → Basic Security Settings / Wireless Security
    • CR1000A/CR1000B/E3200 (New UI - My Verizon / My Fios App style): Wi-Fi → Primary Network / Guest Network → Security
  5. ดู/แก้ไข:
    • SSID Name
    • Security Mode: WPA2-PSK (AES) / WPA2/WPA3-Personal / WPA3-Personal
    • Passphrase / Wi-Fi Password / Network Key → Show Password

วิธีที่ 3: ใช้แอป My Verizon / My Fios

  1. ดาวน์โหลด My Verizon หรือ My Fios App
  2. ล็อกอิน Verizon Account
  3. เมนู Internet / My Network / Wi-Fi
  4. เลือก Network → ดู/แก้ไข Wi-Fi Name (SSID) และ Wi-Fi Password
  5. เปลี่ยน Password → Save → Gateway จะ Restart Wi-Fi

วิธีที่ 4: หาบนอุปกรณ์ที่เคยเชื่อมต่อ (Windows/Mac/Phone)

  • Windows 10/11: Settings → Network & Internet → Advanced network settings → Network and Sharing Center → Wi-Fi Name → Wireless Properties → Security → Show characters
  • Mac: Keychain Access → ค้นหา SSID → Show Password
  • Android 10+: Settings → Network & internet → Wi-Fi → Gear icon → Share (QR Code) → อ่าน Password
  • iOS 16+: Settings → Wi-Fi → i icon → Password (FaceID/TouchID)

เปลี่ยน Wi-Fi Password (แนะนำทำทันทีติดตั้ง)

  1. ล็อกอิน Web Interface (192.168.1.1) หรือ My Verizon App
  2. ไป Wireless / Wi-Fi Settings → Security
  3. Security Mode: WPA2-PSK (AES) หรือ WPA2/WPA3-Personal (CR1000A/B, E3200 รองรับ WPA3)
  4. Passphrase: ใส่ Password ใหม่ ≥ 12 ตัวอักษร Complex
  5. Save → Reconnect อุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด (Forget Network ก่อน)

ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม Verizon FIOS

  • Admin Password ≠ Wi-Fi Password: Admin Password ใช้เข้าจัดการ Gateway, Wi-Fi Password ใช้เชื่อมต่อ Wi-Fi
  • Guest Network: ควรเปิดใช้ Guest Network ให้แขก/IoT ใช้ SSID/Password แยกต่างหาก
  • WPS: ปิด WPS (มีช่องโหว่)
  • Firmware: Verizon Push Update อัตโนมัติ แต่ตรวจสอบได้ใน Admin UI
  • ONT (Optical Network Terminal): กล่องขาวติดผนัง (แปลง Fiber → Ethernet) ไม่มี Wi-Fi ไม่มี Password

คำถามที่พบบ่อย

Q: เข้า 192.168.1.1 ไม่ได้?

A: ลอง https://myfiosgateway.com, https://192.168.1.1:8080, ตรวจสอบ Default Gateway จาก ipconfig, Disable VPN/Proxy, ใช้ LAN Cable

Q: ลืม Admin Password และสติ๊กเกอร์หาย?

A: ต้อง Factory Reset กดปุ่ม Reset ค้าง 10-15 วินาที (เข็ม/คลิป) จนไฟกระพริบ → Setup ใหม่ทั้งหมด (ต้องมี PPPoE Credentials จาก Verizon ถ้าไม่ได้ใช้ DHCP)

Q: CR1000A/CR1000B (Wi-Fi 6E) รองรับ WPA3 ไหม?

A: รองรับ** เลือก WPA2/WPA3-Personal หรือ WPA3-Personal ได้ใน New UI
