โฟลเดอร์ C:\Windows\WinSxS เก็บ DLL และ Component files รวมถึงเวอร์ชันเก่า ใหญ่ถึงหลาย GB แม้ติดตั้งใหม่
วิธีลดขนาดอย่างปลอดภัย
1. ลบไฟล์สำรอง Service Pack (ทำให้ SP ถอนไม่ได้)
dism /online /cleanup-image /spsuperseded /hidesp
Windows 7: Disk Cleanup → Clean up system files → ติ๊ก Service Pack Backup Files, Windows Update Cleanup, Previous Windows installations
2. ล้าง Component เก่า (ทำให้ Uninstall Updates ไม่ได้)
DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
3. Windows 8/10: ปิด Windows Features ที่ไม่ใช้
DISM.exe /Online /English /Get-Features /Format:Table DISM.exe /Online /Disable-Feature /Featurename:SimpleTCP /Remove
หรือใช้ GUI: Control Panel → Programs → Turn Windows features on or off
⚠️ ไม่ควรลบไฟล์ใน WinSxS เอง ระบบจะเสียหาย
