ผู้ใช้ Windows มืออาชีพคงรู้ว่า กดปุ่ม Windows Key จะเปิด Start Menu แต่ยังมี Shortcut Keys หลายตัวที่ใช้ Windows Key ร่วมด้วย
- Windows + B: โฟกัสที่ไอคอนแรกใน Notification Area (ใช้ลูกศร/Tab เลื่อน)
- Windows + D: แสดง Desktop
- Windows + E: เปิด Windows Explorer
- Windows + F: เปิดค้นหา (Search)
- Windows + L: Lock Workstation
- Windows + M: Minimize ทุกหน้าต่าง
- Windows + Shift + M: Undo Minimize ทั้งหมด
- Windows + R: เปิด Run Dialog
- Windows + Tab: 3-D Flip (ไม่ทำงานใน Vista Home Basic)
- Windows + Pause/Break: เปิด System Properties
- Windows + F1: Windows Help
- Windows + U: เปิด Ease of Access Center
- Windows + Spacebar: ขยาย/แสดง Sidebar
- Windows + Ctrl + Tab: เปิด Flip 3D ค้างไว้บน Desktop (เลื่อนได้ทุกทิศทาง)
- Windows + T: Tab ระหว่างปุ่มแอปบน Taskbar
- Windows + 1: เปิดแอปตัวแรกใน Quick Launch
- Windows + 2: เปิดแอปตัวที่สองใน Quick Launch
- Windows + 3: เปิดแอปตัวที่สามใน Quick Launch
