Windows มี Network Utilities คำสั่งพื้นฐาน: Ping, Tracert, IPConfig, Netstat ใช้ Troubleshooting และเก็บข้อมูล ไม่ต้องติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์เพิ่ม
หมายเหตุ: ใช้ Command Prompt ธรรมดารันคำสั่งด้านล่างได้
Ping
เช็คว่า Source ติดต่อ Destination ได้หรือไม่ ส่ง ICMP Request มี Reply = Alive แสดง Round-trip Time ไม่มี Reply = Packet Loss (Request Timed Out, Destination Host Unreachable)
ping www.google.com
Flags ที่ใช้บ่อย:
-n– จำนวน Echo Request (Default 4)-w– Timeout (ms) (Default 1000)-l– ขนาด Packet (Default 32 bytes)-f– Do Not Fragment bit-t– Ping ตลอดจนหยุดเอง (Ctrl+C)
Tracert
ดู Path ที่ Packet เดินทางจาก Source ไป Destination แสดง Router ทุกตัว + เวลาแต่ละ Hop ใช้ Troubleshooting ได้

Netstat (Network Statistics)
แสดง Inbound/Outbound Connections ทั้งหมด พร้อม Source/Destination IP
netstat -f
(แสดง Active TCP Connections)
IPConfig
จัดการ/ดูข้อมูลเครือข่าย Windows (ตั้งแต่ Windows NT)
ipconfig /all– รายละเอียด Network Adapter ทั้งหมดipconfig /flushdns– ล้าง DNS Cache (บังคับดึง DNS ใหม่)ipconfig /release– ปล่อย IP ปัจจุบัน (ยกเลิก TCP/IP Connections)
