สิ่งที่เปลี่ยนไป
Windows เก็บสถานะแอปที่เปิดอยู่ก่อน Shutdown/Restart เมื่อเครื่องเริ่มใหม่ แอปทั้งหมดจะโหลดกลับมา เพื่อ Productivity และ Continuity เนื่องจากฟีเจอร์ Winlogon Automatic Restart Sign-On (ARSO)
แต่หากชอบแบบเดิม เครื่องเริ่ม Fresh และ Fast หลัง Restart อาจผิดหวัง แต่สามารถจัดการได้ Windows ไม่มี Switch ควบคุมฟีเจอร์นี้จนถึงตอนนี้ แต่มี Workaround

วิธีง่ายและดีที่สุด: ปิด Applications ก่อน Shutdown ใช่ เพิ่มขั้นตอนนิดหน่อยก่อนปิดเครื่อง แต่เป็นนิสัยที่คุ้มค่า หากไม่ได้ผล ลองวิธีต่อไป:
- ใช้ Alt+F4
- ใช้ Desktop Shortcut สำหรับ Full Shutdown
- ใช้คำสั่ง shutdown -g
- ปิด Use my sign-in info to automatically
- Group Policy Editor
1. ใช้ Alt+F4
อย่าใช้ Start > Shutdown ใช้ Classic 'Shut Down Windows' Dialog: ที่ Desktop กด Alt+F4 เลือกตัวเลือก กด OK
วิธีเร็ว: Win+M Minimize ทุกหน้าต่าง แล้ว Alt+F4 เพื่อ Shutdown Dialog
2. ใช้ Desktop Shortcut สำหรับ Full Shutdown
สร้าง Shortcut ที่ Full Shutdown โดยไม่ Preserve App State:
คลิกขวา Desktop > New > Shortcut
พิมพ์ shutdown /s /t 0 > Next ตั้งชื่อ เลือก Icon
คำสั่งนี้ Shutdown โดยไม่ Preserve App State
Restart: shutdown /r /t 0 Fast-boot: shutdown /s /hybrid /t 0
สร้าง Shortcut หลายอันได้ Pin ไป Taskbar หรือ Start Menu เพื่อควบคุม Shutdown โดยตรง หรือรันคำสั่งจาก CMD โดยตรง
3. ใช้คำสั่ง shutdown -g
ใช้ shutdown -g ใน Run Box หรือ CMD สร้าง Shortcut ใช้ได้
4. ปิด Use my sign-in info to automatically
Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options ปิด Use my sign-in info to automatically จะหยุด Reopen Programs ใน Windows 10 v1803 ขึ้นไป และ Windows 11
5. ใช้ Group Policy Editor
เปิด Group Policy Editor ไปที่:
Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Logon Option
