วิธีเปิด/ปิด CD/DVD ROM Drives, USB Drives หรือ Ports ใน Windows 11/10

3. Uninstall USB Mass Storage Drivers

ถ้าหน่วยงานกังวลความปลอดภัยมาก จะ uninstall USB Mass Storage Drivers แก้: ติดตั้ง device drivers กลับ วิธี:

ตอนเสียบ USB drive Windows จะเช็ค drivers ถ้าไม่เจอ จะ prompt ให้ติดตั้ง driver จะปลดล็อก Pen drive ที่โรงเรียน/ที่ทำงานแน่นอน

วิธีอนุญาตเฉพาะ USB devices เฉพาะตัวใน Windows?

ทำได้ผ่าน group policy: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Device Installation > Device Installation Restrictions > Allow Installation of devices that match any of these Device IDs ต้องใส่ device ID ของ USB ที่ได้จาก Device Manager > Properties > Details tab > Device Instance Path

วิธี Disable USB Ports?

ทำได้ 2 ทาง: จาก UEFI/BIOS ของเมนบอร์ด หรือปิด USB driver ด้วย Group Policy หรือ Software จำวิธี rollback ไว้เผื่อใช้ด่วน วิธี Group Policy/Software ทำงานตอนอยู่ใน OS แต่วิธีเมนบอร์ดทำงานตั้งแต่ boot
