ป้องกันไม่ให้แชร์ Media ผ่าน Windows Media Player ใน Windows 10

Windows Media Player มีฟีเจอร์ Media Streaming แชร์ไฟล์ในเครือข่าย หากต้องการปิดใช้งาน (ลบเมนู Stream) ทำได้ผ่าน Group Policy หรือ Registry

ปิด Media Sharing ใน Windows Media Player

1. ใช้ Group Policy Editor

  1. Win+R > gpedit.msc Enter
  2. ไปที่: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Media Player
  3. Double-click Prevent Media Sharing > Enabled > Apply > OK

2. ใช้ Registry Editor

  1. Win+R > regedit Enter > Yes
  2. ไปที่: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\WindowsMediaPlayer
  3. สร้าง Key WindowsMediaPlayer หากไม่มี
  4. สร้าง DWORD (32-bit) PreventLibrarySharing = 1
  5. Reboot

หลังจากนี้ เมนู Stream จะหายจาก Windows Media Player ผู้ใช้ไม่สามารถแชร์ Media ได้อีก
