ถ้าบ่อยครั้งต้องเปิดลิงก์จากแอปอื่น สามารถกำหนด Default Profile ให้ Microsoft Edge ใช้เปิด External Links ได้ Edge รองรับหลาย Profile เหมือน Chrome/Firefox
สมมติได้รับลิงก์ทางอีเมลบ่อย และ Edge เป็น Default Browser จะเปิดด้วย Profile ล่าสุด แต่ถ้าอยากให้เปิดด้วย Profile เฉพาะ ทำได้ดังนี้
กำหนด Default Profile สำหรับ External Links
- เปิด Edge > กดสามจุด (...) > Settings
- คลิก Manage profile preferences (อยู่แท็บ Profiles)
- ขยาย Default profile for external links dropdown
- เลือก Profile ที่ต้องการ
หลังคลิก Manage profile preferences จะเห็น Dropdown Default profile for external links เลือก Profile ที่ต้องการ
Profile ทั้งหมดที่สร้างไว้จะอยู่ใน Dropdown นี้ ไม่ว่าจะตั้งค่าจาก Profile ไหน
ให้แน่ใจว่า Automatic profile switching เปิดอยู่ (Switch Profile อัตโนมัติตอนคลิกลิงก์)
