Map Network Drive ด้วย Group Policy Preferences (GPP) ยืดหยุ่น ควบคุมได้ง่าย UI ใช้งานสะดวก ต่างจาก Script ที่ซับซ้อน บทความนี้สอน Map Drive ด้วย GPP
GPP เป็น Extensions เพิ่มความสามารถให้ GPO Admin Deploy/Apps จัดการ Client Computer เป้าหมายเฉพาะ User Drive Maps Policy จัดการ Drive Letter Mapping ไป Network Share
Map Network Drive ด้วย Group Policy Preferences
- เปิด Group Policy Management
- คลิกขวา Domain/Subfolder > New GPO หรือ Select Existing > Edit
- ไป User Configuration > Preferences > Windows Settings > Drive Maps
- คลิกขวา > New > Mapped Drive
ในแท็บ General ตั้งค่า:
- Action: Create หรือ Update
- Location: Full Path (เช่น
\\TWC-dc1\c) - Reconnect: Enable เพื่อ Auto-connect
- Label as: ชื่อ Drive (เช่น SharedDrive)
- Drive Letter: เลือก Letter
- Connect as: User/Pass ถ้าต้องการ Credentials เฉพาะ
- Hide/Show this drive: ซ่อน/โชว์ Drive นี้
- Hide/Show all drives: Default ซ่อน/โชว์ทั้งหมด
Apply > OK
บน Client ให้รัน CMD: GPUPDATE
หลัง Policy 奏效 Mapped Drives จะปรากฏใน File Explorer > Network Locations
User Logon ครั้งต่อไป Drive จะ Map อัตโนมัติ
