สาเหตุ:

  • Windows Store Cache เสียหาย
  • Proxy/VPN รบกวน
  • Third-party Security Software
  • Bad Windows Update

วิธีแก้ 0x8024401f

  1. Disable/Uninstall 3rd party Security Software
  2. Run Windows Update Troubleshooter
  3. Reset Windows Store Cache & Clear Windows Update Cache
  4. Uninstall VPN Client หรือ Remove Proxy
  5. Fresh Start, In-place upgrade repair, Cloud Reset

1. ปิด/ลบ Security Software ภายนอก

McAfee, Avast, Comodo มักก่อปัญหา ใช้ Removal Tool ลบให้หมด แล้วลองติดตั้งใหม่หรือใช้ Windows Defender

2. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

รัน Built-in Troubleshooter ดูช่วยได้ไหม

3. Reset Store Cache & Clear Update Cache

ล้าง Software Distribution Folder และ Reset Microsoft Store Cache แล้วลอง Update ใหม่

4. Uninstall VPN/Remove Proxy

VPN/Proxy อาจ Block การเชื่อมต่อ Update Server ลอง Uninstall VPN หรือ Remove Proxy

5. Fresh Start / In-place upgrade / Cloud Reset

ยังไม่แก้ไข = System Corruption รุนแรง ลอง Fresh Start, In-place upgrade, Cloud Reset (Win10 1909+)
