วิธี Reset Windows Search Settings เริ่มต้นใน Windows 11/10

หาก Windows Search ทำงานผิดปกติ ลอง Reset Windows Search Settings กลับค่า Default ด้วย PowerShell Cmdlet

Reset Windows 11/10 Search

1. Sign-in Windows ด้วยบัญชี Administrator
2. ดาวน์โหลด Script ResetWindowsSearchBox.ps1 จาก Microsoft
3. คลิกขวา Script > Run with PowerShell
4. UAC ถามยืนยัน คลิก Open
5. PowerShell Window เปิด
6. ถาม Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device คลิก Yes
7. รอจนเสร็จ ปิด PowerShell

แก้ "Cannot be loaded because running scripts is disabled on this system"

หากเจอ Error นี้ รันคำสั่ง:

Get-ExecutionPolicy

อาจเห็น Restricted ให้เปลี่ยนเป็น Unrestricted:

Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope CurrentUser -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

หลังเปลี่ยน Policy เรียบร้อย ลองรัน ResetWindowsSearchBox.ps1 ใหม่

หลัง Reset สำเร็จ ควรกลับ Execution Policy เดิม:

Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope CurrentUser -ExecutionPolicy Restricted

กด Y แล้ว Enter ยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง

Restore Windows Search Settings ด้วย Registry

1. เปิด Registry Editor ไปที่: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Search
2. เปลี่ยนค่า SetupCompletedSuccessfully จาก 1 เป็น 0
3. เปิด Services Manager Restart Windows Search Service

Windows Search จะ Clear Custom Indexed Locations เพิ่ม Default Locations และ Rebuild Index

Restart เครื่อง ตรวจสอบ Windows Search ว่าทำงานปกติ

หมายเหตุ: หาก Windows Search Indexer ไม่ทำงาน ต้อง Rebuild Search Index ใช้ Indexer Diagnostics Tool ช่วยแก้ปัญหา Search Indexer ใน Windows 11/10
