Windows Vista มี Master Control Panel, Windows 7 มี God Mode ที่โด่งดัง และตอนนี้ Windows 11/10/8 มี Super Mode!
Super Mode หรือ God Mode ใน Windows 11/10
Windows มีโฟลเดอร์พิเศษที่ระบุด้วย CLSID (Windows Class Identifiers) เข้าถึงได้โดยใช้รหัส CLSID ที่ Windows กำหนดใน Registry
หากรู้รหัสเหล่านี้ สร้าง Shortcut เข้าถึงได้ง่าย นอกจาก Shell Commands, Shortcuts และ CLSID เดิมใน Windows 7 แล้ว Windows ใหม่ก็มี Shortcuts, Shell Commands และ CLID ใหม่ๆ ใช้สร้าง Desktop Shortcuts เอง หรือใช้ฟรีแวร์ God Mode Creator สร้างได้คลิกเดียว
All Settings CLSID คล้าย All Tasks หรือ Master Control Panel ใน Vista, God Mode ใน Windows 7, หรือ Super Mode ใน Windows 10/8 แต่มาจากการจัดเรียงที่ต่างกัน
หากต้องการสร้าง All Settings Shortcut บน Desktop Windows 8/10/11 ให้คลิกขวา Desktop > New > Folder ตั้งชื่อ:
SuperMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} หรือเลือก New > Shortcut ใน Location พิมพ์:
%WinDir%\explorer.exe shell:::{F90C627B-7280-45db-BC26-CCE7BDD620A4} จะได้ Shortcut Super Mode หรือ God Mode สามารถตั้งชื่ออะไรก็ได้ เช่น Devils Mode ก็ได้!
เปิดโฟลเดอร์จะแสดงรายการ Control Panel ทั้งหมด
MSDN เรียกว่า Super Mode และบอกว่าสามารถ Pin Shortcut ไปที่ Start Screen Windows 8 ได้ Super Mode ทำงานได้ดีบน Windows 8 x64 แม้จะมีรายงานว่าไม่เข้ากันกับ Windows Vista 64-bit และทำให้ explorer.exe ค้าง
