Windows 10 ซิงค์ Notification ข้ามอุปกรณ์ ได้รับข้อความและ App Alerts จากโทรศัพท์บน PC ระบบอาศัย Cortana อัปเดต Notification บน Cloud ควบคุมฟีเจอร์และเปลี่ยนแอปที่ซิงค์ได้ แต่อยู่ที่ไม่คาดคิด
Notification Settings ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ใน Settings App แต่ Sync Options เป็นกรณีพิเศษ: ควบคุมโดย Digital Assistant จึงต้องใช้ UI ของ Cortana ปรับ Sync แม้ไม่สะดวก แต่รับรองที่เข้าถึง Sync Settings เดียวกันหากใช้ Cortana App บน iOS/Android
ติดตั้ง Cortana App บนโทรศัพท์ Sign in Microsoft Account เดียวกันบนโทรศัพท์และ PC จะเห็น Mobile Notifications บน PC ไปไม่กี่วินาที เพื่อเปลี่ยนแอปที่ได้ Notification: เปิด Cortana บน PC คลิก Gear มุมซ้ายล่าง เลือก Settings เลื่อนลง “Send notifications and information between devices” คลิก “Edit sync settings”
หน้านี้มี 3 ตัวเลือก (ถ้า Sync เปิด): “Get notifications from this PC on my phone” และ “Upload notifications from this PC to the cloud” ควบคุมว่า Notification บน Desktop ควร Sync ไปอุปกรณ์อื่นหรือไม่ Toggle On/Off ง่าย
ตัวเลือก “Mobile Device” ควบคุม Notification จากโทรศัพท์ ทำให้ Mobile Device Settings Page เปิด ขึ้นบนสุด: Global Toggle ปิด Mobile Notifications ทั้งหมด ด้านล่าง: รายการแอปจากโทรศัพท์ที่เคยแสดง Notification บน PC Toggle ควบคุมแต่ละแอป
บนโทรศัพท์: ใช้หน้าจอเดียวกันกำหนดแอปที่ Upload Notification ไป Cloud ความต่างเล็กน้อย: ปิดแอปบนโทรศัพท์ = ไม่มีอุปกรณ์อื่นรับ Notification จากแอปนั้น เปิดไว้แต่บล็อกบน PC = เฉพาะ PC นั้นไม่รับ
Settings เหล่านี้ควบคุม Cross-device Notifications ได้ แม้ UI ไม่น่าสนใจ/ไม่ User-friendly ก็ให้ความสามารถ Sync พร้อมตัดแอป Mobile ที่มีอยู่บน PC แล้ว หากไม่ต้องการฟีเจอร์ ปิดได้ด้วย Toggle เหนือ “Edit sync settings” บนหน้า Settings หลักของ Cortana
