Focus Assist ใน Windows คืออะไร?
Focus Assist หรือ Quiet Hours ใน Windows 10 เวอร์ชันก่อน คือ Feature ใน Windows ที่ Disable Notifications ที่รบกวนขณะคุณทำงาน Mindfully
Introduced ใน Windows 10 Update 2018 ตอนนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ Windows 11 และเป็น Asset น่าสนใจสำหรับ Work-from-home Crowd โดยเฉพาะ几 ปีที่ผ่านมา
วิธี Enable Focus Assist ใน Windows?
เหมือน Features ส่วนใหญ่ใน Windows Enable Focus Assist จาก Windows Settings ได้ วิธีทำ:
- ไป Start Menu Search พิมพ์ ‘settings’ เลือก Best Match หรือกด Windows Key + I
- จาก Tab System คลิก Focus assist
เห็นได้ Focus Assist จะ Set เป็น Off By Default หมายถึง Block Notifications ทั้งหมดจาก Apps และ Contacts ใน PC
ถ้า Set เป็น Priority only จะ Manage Notifications ที่จะได้ Alarm รวม Apps, Calls และ Alarms เลือกสิ่งที่อยากได้ Remind
มี Alarms only Option Disable Notifications ทั้งหมด ยกเว้น Alarm Settings
ถ้า Check Radio Box ‘Show a summary of what I missed when focus assist was on’ จะได้ Summary สมบูรณ์ Notifications ที่ถูก Silent ระหว่าง Busy งานจริง
Schedule เวลาเฉพาะที่ Focus Assist Enable ได้ Toggle On Slider During these times คลิก Tab ตั้ง Start/Stop Timings
Option Repeat และ Focus level ให้ Manipulate Frequency และ Depth ของ Settings
Toggle On/Off Focus Assist สำหรับ Settings อื่นๆ ได้:
- When you're duplicating the display
- When you're playing a game
- While using a full screen
Confirm App Successfully หรือไม่ง่ายๆ หากสังเกต จะเห็น Crescent Icon โผล่ System Tray มุมขวาล่าง
ตอน Setup เสร็จ Launch Focus Assist ได้จาก Shortcut เรียบง่าย คลิก Action Centre ด้านล่าง จะเห็น Options เลือก ระหว่างนั้นมี Focus assist
คลิก Focus Assist Icon ครั้ง Enable ตั้งเป็น 'Priority only' คลิกอีกครั้ง Alarm Only Right-click Icon ไป Settings ได้จากที่นี่
ตัด Distractions ด้วย Focus Assist
