Office 365 ProPlus บน RDS ต้องใช้โหมด Shared Computer Activation (SCA) เพื่อให้หลาย User ใช้ร่วมกันได้ ไม่ถูกนับใน Limit 5 Devices ต่อ License
ข้อกำหนดเบื้องต้น
- License ที่รองรับ: Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, Office 365 E3, E5
- User ล็อกอินด้วยบัญชีที่มี License
- RDS Role ติดตั้งครบ, มี RDS CAL พอ, Target Licensing Server ถูกต้อง
- Uninstall Office เก่าทั้งหมดก่อน
ขั้นตอนติดตั้งด้วย Office Deployment Tool (ODT)
- ดาวน์โหลด ODT:
officedeploymenttool.exe→ รัน → ได้setup.exeและ XML ตัวอย่าง - สร้าง XML Config ผ่าน Office Customization Tool:
- Architecture: 64-bit
- Apps: เลือกที่ต้องการ
- Licensing and Activation → Product activation → Shared Computer
- Export XML → บันทึกเป็น
office365proplus_shared_rds.xml
- XML สำคัญ:
<Property Name="SharedComputerLicensing" Value="1" />และ<RemoveMSI All="True" /> - Switch RDS เป็น Install Mode:
change user /install(หรือchange logon /drainหากมี User อยู่) - รันติดตั้ง:
setup /configure office365proplus_shared_rds.xml - กลับ Execute Mode:
change user /execute
การทำงานของ License Token
User เปิด App ครั้งแรก → Sign in → ได้ Token อายุ 30 วัน → Auto-renew ก่อนหมดอายุ → ต้องมีอินเทอร์เน็ตตลอดเวลา (ไม่มี KMS แบบ Local)
แก้ไขหากติดตั้งโดยไม่ได้ตั้ง SCA
Registry: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Configuration\SharedComputerLicensing = 1
หรือ GPO: Computer Config → Admin Templates → Microsoft Office 2016 → Licensing Settings → Use shared computer activation
Error หากไม่ตั้ง SCA: "This copy of Microsoft Office cannot be used on a computer running Terminal Services..."
