บังคับให้ Windows 10 ติดตั้งอัปเดตล่าสุด: 6 วิธีที่มีผล

Microsoft ปล่อย Windows 10 Build ใหม่ ทุกคนได้อัปเดต แตคุณยังค้างอยู่ เวลาเช็ค Windows Update ใน Settings บอกว่า "Device is up-to-date" แตจริงๆ มี Version ใหม่แล้ว ทำไม? และบังคับติดตั้งยังไง?

Microsoft เปิดตัวอัปเดตแบบ "Trickle" (ช่วงๆ) ไม่ใช่ทุกคนพร้อมกัน อาจได้ทันที หรือรอหลายวัน แตถ้ารอนานจนเป็นสัปดาห์ วิธี Troubleshooting ด้านล่างจะช่วย Force Install ได้

1. ตรวจสอบก่อน: คุณอยู่ Version ล่าสุดจริงไหม?

Settings → System → About → ดู "Windows Specifications" (OS Build, Version) → เปรียบเทียบกับ Windows 10 Release Information Page ถ้ายังไม่ใช่ล่าสุด → อ่านต่อ

2. วิธีบังคับอัปเดต Windows 10

สาเหตุที่ Delay อัปเดต: พื้นที่ดิสก์น้อย, System Process หยุดทำงาน ฯลฯ ถ้าพื้นที่น้อย Windows Update จะแจ้ง Error สาเหตุอื่นยากค้นหา → ลองวิธีด้านล่าง

2.1 Restart Windows Update Service

Service นี้จัดการส่ง Update ไปยัง Device ถ้าเสียหาย/ไม่ทำงาน → ไม่ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้งอัปเดตได้ Restart Service:

  1. พิมพ์ "services" ใน Search → เลือก Services
  2. คลิกขวา Windows Update → Restart

กลับไป Settings → Windows Update → เช็คใหม่

2.2 Restart Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)

Windows Update Service ขึ้นอยู่กับ BITS ในการดาวน์โหลดจาก Server Microsoft ถ้า BITS หยุด → ไม่ดาวน์โหลดได้ Restart:

  1. Services → คลิกขวา Background Intelligent Transfer Service → Restart
  2. ถ้า Start ไม่ได้ → อ่านคู่มือแก้ BITS Issues

2.3 ลบโฟลเดอร์ Software Distribution

โฟลเดอร์นี้เก็บไฟล์ที่ต้องใช้ติดตั้ง Windows ถ้ายังไม่ได้อัปเดตที่เผยแพร่แล้ว → ลบเนื้อหา → Windows จะสร้างโฟลเดอร์ใหม่และดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ใหม่

คำเตือน: โฟลเดอร์นี้เก็บ Update History ด้วย → ลบ = Rollback ไม่ได้ + อัปเดตครั้งต่อไปจะนานกว่า (ต้อง Repopulate โฟลเดอร์ก่อน)

ขั้นตอน:

  1. Command Prompt (Admin) → net stop wuauserv (หยุด Windows Update Service)
  2. net stop bits (หยุด BITS)
  3. File Explorer → C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution → ลบไฟล์ทั้งหมด (ถ้าลบไม่ได้ Restart เครื่อง ลองใหม่)
  4. Command Prompt (Admin) → net start wuauserv (เริ่ม Windows Update Service)
  5. net start bits (เริ่ม BITS)

Windows จะดาวน์โหลดไฟล์อัปเดตใหม่ → เช็คว่า Build ล่าสุดมีไหม

2.4 Windows Update Cleanup (Disk Cleanup)

ติดตั้ง Build ใหม่ → Windows เก็บ System Files Build เก่าไว้ (เพื่อ Rollback) แต่กินพื้นที่และก่อให้เกิดปัญหา → ใช้ Disk Cleanup:

  1. Search "disk cleanup" → เลือก Disk Cleanup
  2. รอคำนวณพื้นที่ → กด Clean up system files
  3. ติ๊ก Windows Update Cleanup → Untick อื่นๆ → OK

2.5 รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Windows Update → Run the troubleshooter

จะสแกนปัญหาที่บล็อกอัปเดต → จบการวินิจฉัย → เช็ค Windows Update อีกครั้ง → ถ้ายังไม่ได้ Restart เครื่อง ลองใหม่

2.6 ใช้ Windows Update Assistant

Force Install ได้ + รัน Compatibility Scan เช็คว่าระบบพร้อมสำหรับ Build ล่าสุด

  1. ไปหน้า Windows 10 Download → กด Update now ดาวน์โหลด Setup
  2. รัน Setup → ติดตั้ง/เปิด Windows Update Assistant → Update now
  3. เช็ค Compatibility → Next → ดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ (อาจนาน ขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดอัปเดต ความเร็วเน็ต ฯลฯ)

กรณีที่บังคับไม่ได้: Safeguard Hold

Microsoft วาง Safeguard Hold บนบางเครื่อง = ป้องกันไม่ให้ติดตั้งอัปเดตที่ไม่เสถียร/อันตราย

เช็คยังไง? Settings → Updates & Security → Windows Update → ถ้ามีข้อความ: "The Windows 10 Update is on its way. Once it's ready for your device, you'll see the update available on this page." → อยู่ใน Safeguard Hold

Microsoft ห้ามบังคับผ่าน Safeguard Hold (อัปเดตมีปัญหา Performance) → รอจนกว่าจะแก้ไขหรือ Hold ถูกยกเลิก
