วิธีแก้ Unmountable Boot Volume BSOD ใน Windows 10

Stop Code "Unmountable Boot Volume" ใน Windows 10 ขึ้นเมื่อคอมพิวเตอร์อ่าน Partition HDD/SSD ที่เก็บ Windows 10 ไม่ได้ - อีกหนึ่ง BSOD ที่เจอตอนใช้ PC

"Unmountable Boot Volume" בדוקตรวจยากเพราะมักจาก Data Corruption - Restart/Hard Reboot ทำซ้ำก็ผ่านไม่ได้ โดยส่วนใหญ่

ติด Boot Loop? ต้องใช้ Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) เช็ค/ซ่อมข้อมูลเสีย - ต้องมี Windows 10 Installation USB/DVD Bootable

สร้าง Windows 10 Installation Media

มี USB/DVD Bootable อยู่? ข้ามไป - ไม่มี? สร้างด้วย Microsoft Media Creation Tool (ต้องมีอีกเครื่องทำงาน + USB 8GB+ หรือ Dual-layer DVD)

1. ดาวน์โหลด Media Creation Tool
2. รัน ยอมรับ License
3. เลือก Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC > Next
4. เลือก Language, Edition, Architecture ให้ตรงกับ PC ที่ Error
5. เลือก USB flash drive (หรือ ISO file สร้าง DVD) > เสียบ USB/DVD > Next

Tool จะดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ - ตามพรอมป์ต์สร้าง Bootable Media

บูทเข้า Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)

1. เสียบ/ใส่ Installation Media > Restart > กดปุ่มใดปุ่มหนึ่งตอนบูท (Prompt) เพื่อบูทจาก Media
2. Note: ไม่โปรมป์? เปลี่ยน Boot Order ใน BIOS
3. Windows Setup > Next > Repair your computer
4. หน้าถัดไป > Troubleshoot = เข้า WinRE แล้ว (ต้องกลับมาหน้านี้ซ้ำหลายครั้ง)

1. ซ่อม Master Boot Record (MBR)

MBR = ข้อมูล OS และ Partition - ให้คอมพิวเตอร์ระบุ/โหลด OS ตอนบูท MBR เสีย = Unmountable Boot Volume

1. WinRE > Command Prompt
2. รันคำสั่งตามลำดับ:
   bootrec /fixmbr
   bootrec /fixboot
   bootrec /scanos
   bootrec /rebuildbcd
3. Exit CMD > Continue บูท Windows 10

MBR เสียเป็นสาเหตุ = Error จะหาย

2. Start-up Repair (ซ่อมอัตโนมัติ)

WinRE มีซ่อมอัตโนมัติ - Fix MBR ไม่ได้? ลองนี้

1. Start-up Repair > Windows 10
2. ระบบวินิจฉัย/ซ่อมอัตโนมัติ - สำเร็จ = บูทได้ | ไม่สำเร็จ = กลับ WinRE

3. รัน System File Checker (SFC)

SFC สแกน/ซ่อม System Files ผิดปกติ - ต้องรันบน Boot Drive (Hidden Partition ~500MB, Label: System Reserved) และ Windows 10 Partition ทั้งคู่

ต้องหา Drive Letter ทั้งสองใน WinRE - ใช้ DiskPart

1. WinRE > Command Prompt
2. พิมพ์ diskpart > Enter
3. พิมพ์ list volume > Enter
4. หา Drive Letter: Boot Drive (~500MB, System Reserved, ปกติ C:) | Windows 10 Partition (ขนาดใหญ่, ใน File Explorer เป็น C: แต่ WinRE อาจเป็น D:) - จด Letter (คอลัมน์ Ltr)
5. พิมพ์ exit ออก DiskPart
6. พิมพ์ SFC: sfc /scannow /offbootdir=C:\ /offwindir=D:\Windows (แทน C, D ด้วย Letter จริง)

SFC ใช้เวลานาน - Exit CMD > Continue บูทดู

4. รัน Check Disk Utility (CHKDSK)

CHKDSK ซ่อม Drive Errors กู้ข้อมูลเสีย - รันบน Boot Drive และ Windows 10 Partition (Letter จาก DiskPart ข้างบน)

Windows 10 Partition อาจนาน 1+ ชั่วโมง

1. WinRE > Command Prompt
2. Boot Drive: chkdsk c: /r (แทน c ด้วย Boot Drive Letter)
3. Windows 10 Drive: chkdsk d: /r (แทน d ด้วย Windows Drive Letter)
4. ถาม Dismount? กด Y > Enter

Exit CMD > Continue บูทดู

5. ลอง Recovery Options อื่นๆ

Error ขึ้นหลัง Update? Rollback:

• WinRE > Uninstall Updates > Uninstall the latest quality update (Incremental Update)
• ไม่ได้ > Uninstall the latest feature update (Major Upgrade)

หรือ System Restore และ System Image Recovery ใน WinRE - ต้องมี Restore Point/Image Backup ก่อน

6. Reinstall Windows 10 (ทางเลือกสุดท้าย)

วิธีข้างบนหมดไม่ได้ = Reinstall Windows 10 - ลบข้อมูล Partition OS ทั้งหมด (มี Backup = กู้คืนได้)

Reinstall แล้วยัง Error = Hard Drive เสีย หรือ Hardware Issue อื่น - นำไปซ่อมช่างคอมพิวเตอร์มืออาชีพ
