วิธีลบ Network Adapter ใน Windows 10 และ Windows 11

Windows อัปเดตรายการ Network Adapters อัตโนมัติ: ติดตั้งใหม่ (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Dongle, Virtual Adapter) จะปรากฏใน Network Connections ทันที

บางครั้งต้องการลบ Adapter เก่าออก เพื่อให้รายการสะอาด และติดตาม Adapter ที่ใช้งานอยู่ง่ายขึ้น

Network Adapter คืออะไร?

Network Adapter = ฮาร์ดแวร์ที่ให้คอมพิวเตอร์สื่อสารกับอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ได้ ตัวอย่าง: โน้ตบุ๊คมี Wireless Adapter สำหรับ Wi-Fi, Ethernet Port สำหรับ LAN, Bluetooth Adapter สำหรับ Bluetooth เป็นต้น

Network Adapters ทำให้อุปกรณ์สื่อสารง่าย อัตโนมัติการตั้งค่าและจัดการการเชื่อมต่อ และช่วย Troubleshoot เมื่อมีปัญหา

อาจเห็นเรียกว่า Network Interface Card (NIC) แต่ NIC มักหมายถึงการ์ดขยายที่เสียบระบบ (เช่น PCIe Wi-Fi Card)

1. ลบ Network Adapter จาก Network Connections

วิธีแรก: ผ่าน Network Connections ที่แสดงการเชื่อมต่อทั้งหมด จัดการ Adapter ได้สะดวก

1. เปิด File Explorer
2. คัดลอกวาง Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections ใน Address Bar กด Enter
3. คลิกขวา Adapter ที่ต้องการลบ > Delete

Adapter จะถูก Uninstall และหายจากระบบ แต่ปุ่ม Delete ไม่ว่างเสมอไป (Disabled) หากเป็นกรณีนี้ ไปวิธีถัดไป

2. ลบ Network Adapter ด้วย Device Manager

Device Manager = ยูทิลิตี้ Windows แสดงอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดที่ต่ออยู่ (เมาส์, คีย์บอร์ด, การ์ดจอ, Network Adapter)

ค้นหา Device Manager ใน Start Menu เลือก Best Match

1. เลื่อนลง ขยาย Network adapters ด้วยไอคอนลูกศร
2. คลิกขวา Adapter ที่ต้องการลบ > Uninstall device
3. หน้าต่างเตือน > Uninstall
4. ทำซ้ำหากจำเป็น

3. ลบ Network Profile ด้วย Command Prompt

ถ้า Adapter ยังไม่หาย ลบ Network Adapter Profile ออกจากระบบด้วย Command Prompt

ค้นหา cmd ใน Start Menu > Run as Administrator

1. ลบ Ethernet (Wired): พิมพ์ netsh lan show profiles
2. ลบ Wi-Fi (Wireless): พิมพ์ netsh wlan show profiles
3. ได้ Warning ว่า Wired/WLAN Autoconfig Service ไม่ทำงาน? ค้นหา services ใน Start > Best Match > หา Wired AutoConfig หรือ WLAN Autoconfig > คลิกขวา > Start
4. หากได้ Warning ให้รันคำสั่งข้อ 1 หรือ 2 อีกครั้ง
5. หา Adapter ที่ต้องการลบจากรายการ บันทึก Interface Name (อยู่บนสุดแต่ละ Profile)
6. ลบ Wired Adapter: netsh lan delete profile interface="InterfaceName"
7. ลบ Wireless Adapter: netsh wlan delete profile interface="InterfaceName"

หลังลบ Profile แล้ว ควรลบ Adapter จาก Network Connections หรือ Device Manager ได้

4. ลบการตั้งค่า Network Adapter ด้วย Windows Registry

อีกทางหนึ่ง: ลบผ่าน Registry แต่ต้องเช็ครายละเอียด Adapter ก่อน

1. เปิด Command Prompt พิมพ์ ipconfig หา Adapter ที่ต้องการลบ บันทึก IPv4 Address ไว้ ค้าง Command Prompt ไว้
2. พิมพ์ regedit ใน Start Menu > Best Match
3. ไปที่ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces
4. ดูรายการ Interfaces เปรียบเทียบ DhcpIPAddress กับ IPv4 Address ใน Command Prompt เมื่อเจอ Match = เจอ Adapter นั้น
5. คลิกขวา Interface Name (สตริงตัวเลขตัวอักษรยาว) ใน Registry > Delete

เหมือนวิธี Command Prompt: ยังไม่ลบ Adapter หมดจากระบบ ต้องลบต่อจาก Network Connections หรือ Device Manager

คุ้มค่าที่จะลบ Network Adapter เก่าหรือไม่?

ไม่จำเป็นต้องลบ Adapter เก่าทุกครั้ง Windows บางครั้งทำให้เองหากอัปเกรด/เปลี่ยนฮาร์ดแวร์ แต่ก็เป็นสาเหตุที่ Adapter เก่าค้างอยู่

อาจต้องการลบ Virtual Network Adapters ของ VM เก่าที่ไม่ใช้แล้ว หากซอฟต์แวร์ Host ไม่ Clean ให้อัตโนมัติ (ในกรณีผม: VM Software สร้าง Virtual Adapter มากกว่า 20 ตัว เต็มหน้าต่าง)

ทำความสะอาดรายการ Adapter ใช้เวลาไม่กี่นาที ทำให้ง่ายต่อการระบุว่าการเชื่อมต่อไหนมีปัญหาเมื่อเกิดเหตุ หากใน Network Connections มีแค่ 1-2 ตัว จะรู้ทันทีว่าตัวไหนมีปัญหา
